very great explanation! any idea on how to show the tooltip to the percentage? because it seems the image is place on top of the chart, so i have a problem on showing the tooltip.
You can use transparent image with empty section in the centre where the chart will come. When you hover over the chart then you can see tool tips. Please try that and let me know in case of any issues.

That’s a great question Rashmi. As a standard practice, percentage range from 1% to 100%. If you have data where percentage exceeds 100% then this visual chart is not recommended as it will be misleading. You can manually adjust the axis like any other chart but it’s not recommended. Hope that helps

Is this solution scalable ? What if we change the filters and the bars exceed the static images ? Has this problem been addressed?
