It breaks my heart whenever we see Jean Luc try to tell Bluey he’s leaving in the morning, but she doesn’t understand and happily runs off. But the ending! So stinking cute!!!
Jean-Luc is one of my favourite Bluey characters, probably due to also being a french-canadian lol. Idc what everyone ships or doesn’t ship because at the end of the day shipping is subjective and not the main point of Bluey. I just love him and Bluey even as just friends 💙
In Muffin's defense she is 3 from seasons 1-2 (this episode is s1). She does develop later on, but this kind of behavior isn't that out of place for her age. "Library" and "Muffin Cone" are good examples of Muffin developing with time.
@@vivlozano Bingo is 4 years old from s1-2. It also does come down to how parents navigate their kid's behavioral development. I honestly blame her dad for some of her selfish behavior not going checked. If you watch Library you get a clearer picture of how he parents her.
@@vivlozano Okay! My recommendations are some fun ones: Grannymobile, Sleepover, FaceyTalk, TV Shop, Calypso, Army, and Cricket. And some ones on the more emotional side: Space, Onesies, Daddy Drop-off, Dragon, and Grandad. Frankly, all the episodes are a fun watch but these are just some of my favorites! Side note: There’s also the 28 minute special, The Sign but I recommend watching after watching most of the other episodes because some moments will hit harder emotionally if you do.
This episode actually made me cry. It's such a beautiful lesson about friendship transcending languages, and really shows off the innocence of children. Bluey didn't care if Jean Luc didn't speak English, she just wanted to play with him, and they bonded through their own games and body language! It's such a wholesome example of how powerful social connections can be, and you really feel that sadness Bluey has to go through when she wasn't able to say goodbye to Jean Luc properly because he didn't know how to tell her he was leaving ): And yea, Chilli's whole "Sometimes special people come into our lives, stay for a bit, and then they have to go." scene hit so hard, and is honestly one of the most realistic, powerful messages I've seen this show give. It's honest, straight forward, and genuine. Everyone meets people who they have to say goodbye to one way or another, but the memories shared with them will always remain no matter what :') This is definitely in my top 5 episodes for this series!
This is a beautiful comment. Thanks for adding. I couldn't agree more. It's a profound episode and I love that it gently encourages acceptance / being present in the way that it does
You have to give muffin another chance! Watch season 2 episode 30 of library. The show is showing how different people raised kids. And we see the chaotic side of muffin. I like how realistic they are with her character and you can also see her growth through out the show. I just think everyone hates on her because she is acting how kids act. I also appreciate how much she can be a kid while being a big sister
I think its because Jean Luc couldn't say goodbye since he speaks French and she wouldn't be able to understand him. And as nice as it would have been for Chili to let Bluey know in time before he left, you can't completely shield children from all heartbreak. Still sad.
I’m also new to the Bluey fandom and am discovering my favorite episodes. Daddy Robot is a must watch. As is Magic Claw is another favorite. Grannies is an episode where Muffin shines. Also Pizza Girls. Don’t write off Muffin. She’s still baking after all.
@@vivlozano I have to confess it’s not mine I read it on a Reddit post about Muffin and we have to remember she’s three, all toddlers go through phases including the dreaded “Mine” phase

"Is that what happens when your parents treat you equally" - yes XD. My sister and I were absolutely like this. (I credit it to my dad. When we'd try to tell on each other, he'd threaten to punish the person that tattled. It gave us no reason to turn on each other and all the reasons to be in each others' corner. Seriously A+ parenting - if you have kids, consider it unless your kids are doing something actually heinous to each other)
I didn't say how much I enjoyed the video 😊 you put so much effort into it & added your own flavor to the reaction👍🏾 (I feel like if I mentioned everything I noticed this would have been an essay)
@@vivlozano Yeah I thought that revealing it outright would be kind of a spoiler so I decided on not giving it away. There is a hint in the series on who it is, so something that you might keep an eye out for while watching.

I hope she gets to see Surprise! Also I'm a 'That's mine' kind of person cause i just grow attached to stuff and it only happens to a few things like my bowl from my mothers house and chop sticks I've had since the 90s .....they are like heirlooms now I don't want any tom, dick or harry putting their grubbers on them.
i tink the caravan belongs to muffins family so she is under the assumption that because her family owns the caravan it is also her caravan and so everything in it must belong to her....little kid logic. its like if you said ¨this house is mine so everything in it is also mine¨ neglecting the fact that others may be living with or visiting you and that while their stuff is in your house you do not own their stuff.
So in defense of muffin she is 3 and 3 year old have a hard time sharing and at the end bluey clearly stole the book without asking.... she's a little book thief
I think you should watch the Bike next. It's in the very beginning of first season and it might be not as good as Camping or Sleepytime, but it's the first episode that made me cry. After that I think Bumpy and the Wise Old Wolfhound and Copycat were pretty solid, then The Sleepover is a must watch. Then in season 2 the best for me were Flat Pack, Grandad, Double Babysitter, and Bin Night. I have mixed camping memories, as I have mixed memories of class different relationships. Let's say I'm hesitant to revisit either. I like that moment you realise there'll be feels, and your Muffin rage, but I think we all had Muffinesque phases. Onesies, Slide, Squash, Dance Mode, Double Baby Sitter, Calypso. Just suggestions but also kinda needed in the preparation for the sign. Great reaction.

SO stinking cute. and a language barrier has never hurt so bad and been so cute at the same time 😪
According to the official Bluey website, Jean Luc learned English as he grew up specifically because he never got to say goodbye to Bluey.
I'm sorry?!?! What?? I'd met my personal crying quota for the week but this has pushed for me to disregard it.
Jean-Luc is one of my favourite Bluey characters, probably due to also being a french-canadian lol. Idc what everyone ships or doesn’t ship because at the end of the day shipping is subjective and not the main point of Bluey. I just love him and Bluey even as just friends 💙
shipping is NOT the point! that's right. they have such a sweet friendship. and friendship first! i ship friendship lol
muffins logic is basically ¨whats yours is mine and whats mine is mine¨
LOL that made me laugh
