'm sorry Bro but there was ZERO hateful language in that robocall. There is a case in court right now of a school covering up a rape where a boy wore a skirt and walked into the women's restroom and raped a 14 year old girl. The school covered it up and the boy was transferred to another school where he again went into the girls bathroom and raped a 13 year old . The school was afraid of trans-activist and at least one girls rape was completly preventable if not for this woke ass culture shift you people are pushing. The boy wasn't even presenting as a woman or anything he JUST PUT ON A SKIRT WALKED IN AND RAPED TWO GIRLS. NOW you've claimed there was hateful language in that call. You are going out of your way to bow down to these people by claiming that her very reasonable opinion was hateful speech aka hate speech. Cmon dude. I know your a lefty but you actually lied here and have hurt your credibility. Though most of slobbering masses wont catch this i and others certainly have. You're no longer to be trusted on the information you present. Which is sad because i always considered you a good journalist

The fact that the children were ‘too young to know what was happening’ is WHY molestation is so horrible and straight up explains why children cannot consent. Literally my jaw dropped when she said that. They’re disgusting himans
As a person who was molested at a young age, by a family member, the real weight of the trauma didn't really hit me until I was in my early 20s. I'm a married woman who will sometimes cry in the middle of sex because of trauma. My husband is the kindest most gentle man in those moments. He holds me and he comforts me. Not once has he made me feel bad for stopping in the middle of things. Without his wonderful support I don't think I could have sex at this point because of the repressed trauma that didn't fully develop until I became an adult. It's not a victimless crime just because they can't remember it or didn't understand. It makes you feel things even if you can't articulate those feelings.
@@chloecalvincooper9467 I understand how you feel, and I applaud you for speaking about your pain. I often find that I can't bring myself to speak about what happened to me. So thank you for basically being my own, and many other's voice. I'm thankful to have a boyfriend like your husband, who is gentle and understanding, we need more men like them in this world. Thank you once again, Take care~!
Same thing happened to me by a brother it hit me in 2021 the worst I just had a break down inknew for years it was bad and happened right before puberty which made me so uncomfortable for my entire teen years
I was sexually assaulted as a child. I unconsciously repressed the memory of that event until I was old enough to understand what had happened to me. For Jimbob to say that his daughters "won't even remember" makes me so angry, because they WILL even if they don't want to. Furthermore, they'll realize that their parents failed to do their job and protect them from an abuser. This whole family is so fucked up.
even before they fully realize what was done to them, they’re going to be confused & scared when they encounter triggers & have no idea why they make them feel scared. absolutely deplorable. sexual abuse is never excusable
I only remember some of my sexual abuse but it didn't stop it from having an effect on me. I dealt with being hyper sexual at a young age and thinking I was just weird or dirty instead of knowing that it was a trauma response. Jim Bob is just as evil as Josh even if he didn't touch little kids he justified it and allowed his kids and grandkids to be in an unsafe situation.
Regarding the Megyn Kelly interview - Jill's memoir said Josh was sitting in the same room and staring at them while Jill and Jessa had to tell the world Josh's actions weren't that bad. Imagine having to talk about your victimization while the person who hurt you is staring you down. The Duggar parents are terrible, and so is Josh.
My guess is those awful people, Jim Bob and Michelle, MADE Jill & Jessa 'forgive' Josh's crimes and probably forced them to 'apologize' to him for publicly exposing him as the creep that he is, and probably to them as well for exposing their dark side (enabling and protecting a pedophile).
and if anyone wants an update, josh duggar has recently been sent to solitary confinement because he was caught with contraband -- a smartphone with MORE CSA media. he will not change. he is an awful person.
I almost forgot to not be a Christian and not go to Church and not indoctrinate any Children, today. Who the hell ever Narrated this Video should be so kind as to forget to be an awful Narrator.
Hopefully when he's let out the other prisoners will show him what happens to sicko's like him. With many shanks. If you're in prison and still obtaining and delighting in such material, the only pedo that never reoffends is a dead one in this case.
It’s worth mentioning that even if you “don’t remember” being assaulted as a child, there’s overwhelming evidence pointing to the fact that your body DOES remember. I was molested in my sleep by a family member and didn’t find out until years later, but I still have always showed signs of being assaulted since that day. And finding out is a trauma in and of itself, realizing that someone you thought loved and cared about you has violated your trust and your body without your knowledge is painful enough even if you don’t believe that unaware victims can still show symptoms of trauma. Those girls were hurt. They were traumatized. Their parents can deny it all they want, but everyone else knows full well that they raised a monster.
It's also just BS they won't remember since one of them was aware enough to tell on him. They were just lying to downplay it and protect Josh. Because they don't care, and have never cared, about their female children.
@@rainandhail67 if you're trying to work through that i recommend 'the body keeps the score', it's a core book for people trying to understand that kind of thing in their lives (and is worth reading for anyone)
The infants weren't assigned to "an older child" they were assigned to older SISTERS. The boys were encouraged to leave home to learn about the world, while the girls kept working as substitute mothers because their own mom won't stop her ego trip.
THIS! I was coming here to say this. Plus the fact that these girls were forced to parent their siblings meant that they had even less time, energy, and brainpower to process their own trauma.
You are right about the sisters raising their younger siblings, but incorrect about the boys being encouraged to leave home. None of the Duggar boys were allowed to have regular jobs, join the military, or move out on their own until marriage. All but one or two are still reliant on JB for their livelihoods. Joseph was allowed to attend Crown College, a fundy college for one or two years, but no one else was allowed any real secondary education. JB stated on their series that he bought his 40 acres so that his kids could all build houses on his property and virtually never leave home. It didn't work out that way, but there are still some boys in the pipeline, so we'll see about them. What JB did not count on was one of the flaws in his plan. That by doctrine his daughters were "given" to their husbands who became the daughter's authority instead of JB, which means that the daughter now has to obey her husband. That's the only reason why Jill, Jinger, Joy and to some degree Jessa get to live a life free of JB's domination.
@@matttzzz2that happens by having unprotected sex. They’re non-hormonal contraceptives such as condoms which they could’ve used. No one forced them to keep having so many kids.
@@matttzzz2 it is painfully obvious this family chose to have as many children as they could. It was a goal of theirs. We aren't talking about most people in this case. We are talking about two people who used their children and then blamed it on religion.
Nearly all families with more than 1 kid will get at least somehelp from the older children but it's often not something they're forced to do. Our oldest daughter definitely helped us with her younger sister, who was 8 years younger, in big part bc she wanted to and enjoyed how close their bond grew the more she did with/for her sister. The youngest is now 10 and they are so much closer than I ever was to my siblings but we didn't force or demand any of it and our oldest has confidence about raising her own children in the future that she couldn't have gotten any other way. And, no, we are not church going people.
@@bradblumhof6917 11:45 - you should watch this section. this wasn't the same case as yours, unfortunately. it wasn't just "some help" :( they didn't have a choice. these girls literally became parents. good for your daughters, but this is different.
The audacity for her to be like “no man should be in a girl’s private space” and then for her to basically blame her daughters for what her son did and mark it up as them not remembering possibly 🤮
But keep in mind that Josh was the golden boy of the family. He probably had the most of a relationship with his parents due to being the first born and male. The family's culture teaches boys and men to fetishize purity, to expect access to sex, to assume they can't control their sexual urges, to have authority over women and children and that their sexual urges and mistakes are the fault of others. Is it really any wonder that men in these groups tend to be sexually abusive pedos? Their culture teaches them to be.
Being religious nut jobs doesn’t help matters either. It makes the situation worse because of the way that they think about the situation. They think their son is more important than their daughters.
You have to remember that the quiverfull people 1) believe that you should have as many kids as possible for the sake of "out breeding" non Christians hoping to overtake non religious and people of other religions. 2) that the quiverfull has an extremely high overlap with the brand of Christian fundamentalist that believes while you should TRY to follow Christ's teachings as long as you believe that christ is your savior that you are going to heaven without exception. You could be a child rapist serial killer but as long as you believe in Jesus you go to heaven in their eyes.
My family has 9 kids. My brother Josh also did this kind of shit. My mom allowed him to come back to the house saying he was cured. He was not. He traumatized even more of my siblings when he came back. My mom takes 0 accountability for anything that he's done. I will always resent her for this.
Wow, that is so wrong, and so NOT Godly!! I feel so for you my friend. Please know that in spite of the brutal injustice you endured at your brother's hand, healing for you is possible. Keep telling the truth and seeking healing. "I am the way the truth and the life.." {John 14:6}
It's because it was something they never experienced before, and it was Jill who punched out Josh, and she was "punished" for doing so! It's absolutely disgusting!
Don't you see that these people are also desperate . You have a seemingly perfect family and then out of nowhere you get involved in some controversy that can ruin your reputation and your image . People often forget that no one can be perfect and it is obvious that these people were egoistic and cared only about themselves and not their children . Can we stop pretending that the problem comes from the "individual" and start holding the groups that created such people accountable ?
@@daelen.cclark Ehh, some really are just wholesome and happy with their lifes. The issue is the religious part. Because religion, inheritly, by it's very nature, forces illogical rules upon someone to make them obey without questioning, otherwise they would face wildly unfitting punishment. So they can be easily controlled and exploited. To give money to people who do nothing but talk to some cloud guy all day. Seriously that shouldn't be a job that makes you money, it should be a hobby at most. And that is the most harmless iteration of it. That counts for every religion.
To be brutally frank, the Christian part is the giveaway, because religion is a fantastic way to get people to do bad shit. You simply cherry pick and amplify all your petty biases and that's why the US in especially is dragging behind much of the rest of the western world in comparison. The sooner better critical thinking and better education happens to the US, the better.
Josh is the golden child of his parents, and obviously, they favour him over their other kids. It is sickening that they don't see an issue with his disgusting and perverted behaviour.
Being the oldest boy, he's probably the only one they developed a relationship/bond with before they became overwhelmed by the numbers. He's a golden child solely because he's the only one that is really 'their' child. The others might as well be the children of their older siblings for all the care, affection or attention their bio parents paid to any of them.
@Tara I'd also say, on an unrelated note, Josie is a close second as well. Not only because she is the youngest, but because of her health complications from being a micro preemie (being born at 25 weeks), which is kind of understandable because I can imagine how stressful and concerning it would be to have a baby born that premature is scary as the risks and health complications can be significant.
Going back to this, JimBob forcing boys to fill out 30 page questionnaires to date the girls but waiting 3 incidents to do something about Josh’s degeneracy and then responding with a half-asses nothing burger solution makes my blood boil
Just goes to that concept of how a chronic smoker never "smells the smoke". These guys likely are genuinely confused as to how they are predators or enablers.
I thought the questionnaires were 50 pages! As for Josh, he sexually abused 4 of his sisters, and Jim Bob gave Jinger's husband, Jeremy his WORST treatment! I STILL ask myself if Jim Bob had his daughters-in-law also fill out those questionnaires, and I wouldn't be surprised if he did!
Oh, so having 20 children is fine, basically not letting the children interact with the outside world is fine, telling them that if they get assaulted it's their fault is fine, forcing them to have one very specific world view is fine, but telling children that some people have two mommies is child abuse and/or grooming. MAKE. IT. MAKE. SENSE.
2 moms isn't child abuse. Lesbians that have a poly relationship, in which they have sex partners in their house daily, and then taking those children to a drag show...and having their children place dollar bills into a transsexual strippers thong...that is a different story.
Idk if it's just me but the Duggars have always given me cult vibes, even the way Jim and Michelle talk, how monotone and empty they sound, and how lifeless and dead their eyes look. Reminds me a lot of Onion boy. They've always creeped me out.

Just cutting in here to say, please don't base your assumptions on people by the WAY they talk, focus instead on what they're saying. As someone on the autism spectrum, assuming a monotone voice or 'dead eyes' means someone is 'bad' has actively affected neurodivergent people's lives for the worse (this is seen with how people who 'read body language' assume tics, stims and other 'not normal' ways of holding oneself is associated with deception or hiding something, which even comes down to stuff like people assuming you're lying because you can't make eye contact). I honestly don't want to pull attention away from dunking on these awful people, but I am asking you to maybe reconsider why you think a monotone voice means they are being insincere.
I remember reading her book and thinking "This woman sure likes to hear herself talk." There's so many places she dropped the ball as a "Christian" mother. She should have paid more attention to her children instead of telling people how to raise theirs.
You need to be commended for saying that! I read something about Michelle bringing "spanking rods" to baby showers! There's NOTHING "Christian" about that!
One time my parents and older sister (mormon) and I (absolutely NOT mormon) were at the salt lake airport, and my mom and sister suddenly looked really excited and got up, and nearly ran over to talk to a man and a woman. And I was curious bc sometimes we have family I don't know about, so I went over there with them, and asked them who these people were. And they all looked really uncomfortable and my mom and sister tried to shoo me away, and I was like "What??? Who are they??? Should I know???" Afterwards they came over and yelled at me bc the man and woman were the Duggar parents and I straight up told them to their face I had no idea who tf they were. That's my proudest moment tbh.
That happened to me at the Dallas Airport when we got back from Australia. They were handing flyers and I was calling my mother to talk to her rather than run over there. I didn't know how they were either. I was 14 and coming down sick.
I never would've known who they were if it were not for their awful son. Everything I heard about them as a kid came in the form of their scandals on magazine covers. Absolutely disgusting that they took the path they did instead of doing literally anything else to help their poor daughters.
i was molested by my sibling as a child, and I really feel for those poor girls. I know EXACTLY what it feels like, where you have people saying "boys will be boys" and "it wasn't rape so it wasn't that bad" and "he was just curious". I heard those exact same things when my incident happened and I heard them from my own family members. It's disgusting that people are more willing to protect a predator than the victims who are suffering.
I am so sorry that happened to you. I hope that you got the actual support you needed outside of your family and outside of faith alone to help you with that. Talking to a professional and finding a way to work through those kinds of intense traumas is very important.
@@michellec9334 I can't speak for other situations, but in my family, my parents defend the sibling that did this same thing to me, and my father essentially ended up spelling out the why. I want to clarify first that there is a severe cognitive dissonance between "family crimes" and what literally anyone else outside the family has done. My father can listen to stories like this (the Duggars) and not see himself in it/be disgusted, he can watch SVU and agree with the fictional characters who haven't forgive their childhood abusers even when they're adults and agree with them, but when it comes to me or his sister? It's different. We're the problem. The culture in my family seems to derive from my grandmother. She knew that her son, my uncle, did the same thing to my aunt, and she protected him, as did my dad and his brother. My aunt, instead, was left ignored. My grandma even bought this uncle a house, which she did not do for any of the other kids (and also, very clearly, not my aunt, a fucking victim. Favouritism much?). This idea of what could be "forgiven" in a family was kind of just instilled through one parents' lack of action. My aunt has been painted to me my whole life as an irrational, crazy woman, bc she has such a tumultuous relationship with my uncles/dad and my grandma. But when my dad decided to justify my brother's crimes in one of his many "get over it already" speeches, listing all the other crimes in our family (which, apparently, is many. yay.), he told me this about my uncle and aunt. And like, it changed everything. My grandma ignored/dismissed my aunt's pain and then as she grew older, my aunt was demonized for having issues with grandmother, which the beloved boys of the family did not. (Well, they do have other genuine issues, but that's a whole other topic.) My grandmother built this atmosphere that things can be forgiven or downplayed if it's done by family, and that has transferred to my father and thus my own experience. I will say that in many ways, my parents continued defence of my sibling and annoyance (at best) with me wanting him out of my life, has been more traumatizing than what he did. My sibling also victimized my cousin, who is my said aunt's daughter. They *hate* that my parents did nothing for me, never stopped my sibling. Because he wasn't just sexually abusive, but very physically too. And it's pretty sad to me that my aunt, who was implied to be irrational or whatever, who is mostly out of my life and the rest of that side of the family's lives, is the only adult in my family who said "That's fucked up." So, was the abuse dismissed bc they were defending an adult predator first? I don't know. But the defence of these acts are very easily justified and instilled within families, even non-religious ones. My sibling and my uncle were also very young when they did those crimes. But it's forgiven, despite all the other fucked up shit my uncle's done since. And my sibling? The golden child? Well, he's got his own family, which of course no one but me seems to be concerned about, and they're all very sure that he's fixed, despite him being across the country and no one actually being able to know for sure. Many days I am worried I'll get news like what the media ended up getting with Josh. Also, OP: it's so fucked that that happened to you, and I feel your pain so vividly. I hope you've been able to cut that piece of shit out of your life, and anyone else that defends this and harms your safety and health.

The fact that sexual abuse is apart of this “homeschooling curriculum” leads me to believe, that this is something that must happen quite often within this “church”. So sad.
The creator of the iblp church program was a serial sexual abuser. Probably thought to include this lesson for himself and fellow abusers. Nobody protects pedos like fellow pedos
Regarding this comment, it highlights a concerning aspect of the Duggars family allegations, namely the possibility that sexual abuse may have been a part of their homeschooling curriculum and that this could be indicative of a larger issue within their church community. The comment is well-written and effectively communicates the author's perspective on the matter. I would rate it a 4 out of 5.
The wildest thing to me is that josh told his parents what he did, knowing it was wrong and seeking help for it. Instead of giving him the professional help he needed they dismissed it basically telling him it's no big deal. They let a wound fester instead of doing something about it
Right? There was potential for him and the victims to get phycological help from the start. Fuck his parents. A monster of their own making. Makes me wish they got time in jail too.
@@vss1232 I'm wondering if they or their church ever touched a bible because then they should know what happened when Amon r* Tamar and King David did nothing about it.
The homeschool system they used is so fucked up. It has a section on insect that blames the victim every single time. That the person who abused you sexually is fine as long as they confess the sin to god. Not repent just confess. That the victim needs to beg forgiveness from their abuse!
The icing on the cake.....when her eldest daughter got married the night before, her father MADE her sign a CONTRACT basically to where they the parents took ALL HER FUTURE INCOME no matter how MANY EPISODES/including FUTURE episodes she participated in!! 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 It SHOWS THEIR INSATIABLE GREED!!!
I hate when family steal their children’s childhoods by making them parent their siblings. It’s a real thing with real emotional and mental ramifications. It’s sickening. Don’t have kids you can’t parent them all.
I agree with this so much. While I think it's beautiful for older siblings to want to help their mom, that's all it is, help. They can babysit for a few hours every once it a while, help their mom prepare food, pass the diapers and wipes to mom, etc. What it shouldn't be is a personal daily responsibility. I liked helping my mom change diapers, babysitting, feeding, etc. The one thing that scarred me was when my mom told me to prepare my sister's bottle. I refused because we were at a family party, and I was in the middle of playing with all of my cousins, and my parents were chatting with the adults. My mom sent me to bed early for that and I missed out playing with my cousins, the party, and the cake. I was 8 years old at that time, so a cake was a big deal. When I look at the family photos of this event, it makes me sad that I am not in them. I know my one experience doesn't compare to other older siblings who literally had to raise their younger siblings. I was probably a brat and my parents did the best they could with the knowledge they had and experiences they lived while growing up themselves. But this one experience affected me so much that now I am committed to not letting any of my kids miss out on any part of their childhood, while also teaching them to be caring and empathetic toward each other, and also willing to do things for each other.

Whoa.. I had heard about “blanket training” and I thought it was cruel enough when it was just toys the child was punished for reaching for. I had no idea that these babies weren’t allowed to do the most natural thing, reach out for their loved one, without being abused for it. How tragic :(
Absolutely! It's one of the worst forms of abuse I've ever heard of, and I'm surprised the Pearls weren't prosecuted for inventing that horrific practice!
There's a family kinda like the Duggars in my hometown and they have, at the very least, 9 kids with the mom being pregnant seemingly every time you see her. The mom frequently told people the same excuse as the Duggars; that she was "giving her womb up to god." Each kid is about if not less than a year apart except for the eldest, who is two years older than the next and a year my junior. I had several classes with him in high school and I remember asking him if he liked having so many siblings and he vehemently told me no. He talked about how he felt more like a babysitter than an older brother and he was tired of having to spend his free time watching them. He even told me he once begged his parents to stop having children and they just laughed at him. Him and his younger brother both played basketball and the only time their parents showed up to a game was the very last one of the season and they only managed to stay for the last five minutes before their kids got too rowdy. I remember going on a school trip to a significantly larger town with him and asking what he wanted to eat and he confessed that he hadn't been out of town, outside of school functions, in years and didn't really know what was out there in the first place. I was a lifeguard at a local pool and the whole family came in one day and within 3 minutes, the four oldest had been tasked with watching the younger ones and the oldest hadn't even gotten the chance to touch the water before his dad yelled for all of them to gather their stuff and get in the car. I don't care if you want to have a ton of children, but you have to understand that you CANNOT let your children depend on OTHER children to get their developmental needs met. At that point you rob each child the chance to grow up and enjoy being just that, A CHILD
Ts, ts. Your comment displays far too much of logic and reality and too little of biblical patriarchy, misogyny, ignorance, cruelty, fake sanctity, fake love, gaslighting, victim blaming, religious depravity and christian sexual pathology in it. In other words, you are NOT going to heaven and having many virgins to play with.
This can happen in much smaller families as well--my husband spent his high school years basically raising his younger two sisters. Just don't have kids unless you plan on taking care of them yourself. If you have too many to keep track of yourself, hire an au pair or a nanny. Kids aren't meant to parent.
My question is where did Josh learn how to cover his tracks like that? Somewhere in that community is a circle of monsters, and Josh was just the knucklehead that got caught first.
There is a person who worked with Josh in IT who I believe testified about Josh being present while he talked about how to create a partition for security purposes.
@@LisaKoffler That's just a lie that lets you pretend it's insignificant that they're like mormon freaks with a disgusting view of women and sex who raised him to be the predatory weirdo he is.

The second the title “Daisy’s Destruction” was mentioned, my jaw genuinely dropped. I haven’t seen the video (nor do I ever wish to see it), but by description alone, my heart stops beating. Only a heartless and sickening person would want to see it to gain gratification out of it. Josh does not deserve 12 years in prison, he deserve a an entire lifetime. A sickening man like that does not change, they created new methods to not get caught.
What’s even more sickening to think about is that video was “exclusive”. For years, even on the deep and dark web, it was viewed as an urban legend of what could be out there on the internet. Very few people actually viewed it in full. Meaning Josh more than likely purchased it or traded other videos/files for it, meaning he had exclusive access to some really extremely messed up stuff to even be able to get his hands on daisys destruction in it’s entirety. It also means he more than likely had a lot of really deep connections, which could also explain why he got so little time. He could’ve given up information on bigger players (like people who produce it). And the investigators would know it was the actual daisys destruction in full, because in cases like this, even if it’s a well known piece of abuse material that’s been reviewed thousands of times for other cases, the investigators have to review every piece of media multiple times and manually in order to be able to testify and explain it in court to a jury.
@@dysmissme7343 honestly we should be. Who is to say he didn’t do something to his kids? But at the same time, it might not be a big worry for it to happen now. He is going to be literally monitored with his own children even after he is released from prison. He will never be able to be alone even with his own children, let alone any child out side his family. And once he’s released, he will more than likely have no access to the internet.
both of my parents came from quiverfull families of 10 & 12 respectively. there’s an inherent neglect that comes from having so many children & expecting them to parent their siblings. my parents are very much just now finding themselves & their interests because they didn’t have a childhood. thankfully they killed the cycle & i’m an only child, but it truly fucked them up to be one of so many that they never felt loved by their parents.
my mum has 9 kids yeah, but we are all spaced out enough that by the time my younger sibling was born (the 9th), my oldest sister already had had her own kid a year before. This is the only way in which large families can be not neglectful tbh, having kids in such close proximity in age is inherently neglectful
There should be nothing wrong with not having kids, and if you do, taking it one at a time to see how you can handle. There is too much pressure for people to a) have children in the first place and b) to then give the first child a sibling afterwards. People need to stop asking and pressuring for that.
Let me guess, your parents are probably seen as the weird ones in their families because they have just one child? I hope that's not the case but we know what people like the Duggars would think if one of their sons or daughters had no interest in producing children like farm animals ...
Even if they weren't terrible parents, choosing to raise 19 kids is just deplorable. No way in hell they are getting the attention they need/deserve from the parents.
I couldn't agree more. I got my tubes tied after 2 simply because I only have two arms. They're 6 and 8 now, but I can hug them both at the same time when they need it ❤️
You'd never have any alone time, almost never have bonding time with your parents, and would be learning how to be a human from your siblings who are also children. It just seems like a recipe for bad development and depression.
"Daisy's Destruction" was so monstrous that the gore community believed it was just an urban legend up until the Australian child murderer who filmed it was arrested.

I get so mad at how dismissive the duggars are by saying “they’re so young they don’t understand/know”. I agree with you, M T A! The fact is is that for sexual abuse survivors like myself, not only does trauma never truly cease, but an attitude of 'boys-will-be-boys' dismissiveness is just as toxic for those afflicted as the actual trauma itself!

I grew up in a Christian house, I’m still a Christian to this day. I’ll never forget mentioning this show to my mom and saying “they’re Christian!” And her saying “they believe that women are nothing more then baby making machines. I can’t see how you can provide everything needed for all those kids at the same time” made me take a closer look at them, and even as a kid, I knew something wasn’t right (even from a Christian perspective)
Your mother sounds like a smart woman. I'm a Christian too, although admittedly one who has gone through a bit of a tough stretch with my former church. As a sexual abuse survivor myself at age 7, it disgusts me that these parents DEFENDED AN ADMITTED ABUSER, basically dismissing the fact that some of their daughters were harmed by their eldest son, essentially by saying "boys will be boys". Then not only that but they used the blanket technique where they put a baby on a blanket and slap it with a ruler when it tries to crawl off. That’s sick. I understand they use corporal punishment (a rod and who knows what that means). My parents have used belts, paddles and wooden spoons on me but it was far from abuse. They didn’t beat me with a rod. That is creepy. No one sexually abused anyone in my family and I’m pretty sure my dad and grandpa’s would kill anyone who tried. The Duggars aren't Mormon. Although it's easy to see why you'd make that mistake, as Mormons are the ones known for cult-like large families that repress abuse.
@@devent10nyeah. The FLDS are a different story (they still practice polygamy) but the mainstream LDS/Mormons are actually pretty normal compared to the Duggars. They actually tend to send their kids to public school and don't seem to go to great lengths to shelter them from everyone and everything outside of their church.
Even though Jana being filmed while Josie having a seizure is insanely traumatic, the fact they were filming may have saved Josie's life. Legally, there has to be EMTs on filming sets and they HAVE to be close by in case something happens. So TLC being there that day was a blessing in disguise... in a very exploitative way.
Seizures aren't typically life threatening unless you are withdrawing from ETOH. Ive seen hundreds of seizures and they are terrifying but Ive seen one where the patient actually turned blue and would have died had they not been in the ER. She could have choked on her vomit though.
Okay so I’ve been molested by a family member, and it infuriates me so much when I see other families react how mine did. My grandad molested me, and when I spoke up, they were convinced by him that he just had a diabetic episode (which A, doesn’t make a lot of sense, and B, wasn’t the case because of how he was speaking to me during and before). He was reacting perfectly fine, wasn’t tired or clammy or confused, he called me by my name during. He knew what he was doing, and whenever I tried to turn away, he would move with me. I just tried to pretend to be asleep and hope it stopped, because that’s all I could do. He died very recently, and every single person around me calls him a saint. He single-handedly ruined my entire relationship with my sexuality that I still feel now, and no one acknowledges it. It’s why I’m not carrying his coffin, I’m not crying for him, I’m crying because the people around me are dealing with grief, and I will continue to be okay, knowing that everyone around me is safe from him, and that I don’t have to keep listening every night to make sure he stays asleep in bed and doesn’t come in to me or more importantly my sibling. I don’t hope he’s in hell if I’m the only instance of this happening, but I hope he isn’t in heaven or a good place. He doesn’t deserve it after the anguish he made me endure.
I was in a situation as a child where I had more than one family member molesting me from nearly the time I was born until I was 12 years old. My family refused to report it and got angry with me for breaking down and telling a school counselor because one of the offenders, my brother, was arrested and spent three years in prison. They said I should have kept it in the family even though they wouldn't make it stop. Then I was blamed for the abuse as well. 12 year old versus an 18 year old. I was 5 years old when my brother started doing that to me. I had stopped trying to tell anyone for years because I told my family so many times and each time they did nothing. After everything, I never got any mental help until I moved out at 18. The other offender was my father who is now thankfully dead and hopefully burning in hell. Two other non family members have abused me since then. This shit messes people up BIG TIME. For these people to defend this monster's actions for so long absolutely disgusts me. I HATE pedophiles with every ounce of my being. They deserve nothing good in life. I have to live with what they did forever and so do all other victims of SA. Pedophiles should get a life sentence too. They get off way too easy and it sickens me.
I’m so sorry you had to endure this. I’m grateful your father is dead, and I hope you get your revenge on your brother (And that you NEVER get caught)! I’m sending love and support and strength, go get ‘em, boo. You got this.
Imagine living in a family, where instead of being protected from a predator, your own family, AS WELL as strangers take the predator's side instead of you, the victim. ....Honestly I'd probably hang it up at that point. Just out of spite really.
The parents are so disgusting honestly. My mom and dad had two girls and that’s it. My parents were actual parents and let us be what we are their kids. If anything it’s embarrassing and selfish.
I have a bit more siblings than a regular family (we are six kids) but my three older siblings are all adults and were already in college by the time the rest of us were born. I think having many kids is a double edged sword, if you can take care of them then that's great! But if you don't, that a whole lot of trauma your kids will have to live with. Just my two cents!
parentification is extremely common in the south especially. i grew up in a southern baptist community and most of these big families are just like this… hell, i at 10 was my own mother’s parent sometimes because of her issues having been parentified herself as child.
My religious dad and I discussed a thing called “a lack of opportunities” that happens in families with lots of children. So basically let’s say for example one of the children wanted to go to college - that opportunity disappears because that child may have not had the time or energy (due to taking care of younger siblings) to study and gain the qualifications needed to enter college and therefore loses the opportunity to get the career they want that they otherwise would’ve had if they had fewer siblings and more attention. The older children also lose out on their childhood and the luxury of holidays since it would be too expensive with that many children. It’s so selfish for the parents to do that to their children.
It's also difficult to get financial aid. If you're in a family of 8 children, but your parents make too much to receive financial aid, that money is spread out over 8 kids and unless you're a super genius who studied very hard (not possible if you're basically a replacement parent).
it should absolutely be considered child abuse and neglect as even if 2 people can somehow financially support this shit, they literally cannot emotionally provide for that many kids it’s just straight up not possible
@@kadenstimpson3167 I mean, usually for financial aid forms, you put in how many people are in your household/what’s reported on your tax forms, and that gets factored in. If you’re attending a school with a good endowment, and you make $150k/yr, but have 20 dependents, they’ll factor that in.
I feel like the one daughter who is not married and does a majority of childcare is the one who could have gotten it the worst. I’m just speculating based on observation. She should be married according to their standards and isn’t. Then when Josh was on trial for possession of CP was arrested when his kids were in her care. It felt like retaliation in a way. Who knows how much they have buried.
The Arkansas state trooper who didn't report Josh Duggar's abuse ends up later going to prison himself for sexual crimes involving children?! You can't make this shit up.
The Duggars: how could the media expose our daughters like this!!! Also the Duggars: make their daughters do an interview answering for Josh's abuse of them instead of having Josh answer for his actions himself.
They so clearly don't give a single shit about their daughters well being, it's all about making sure their golden child Josh and his reputation are okay, even if he is thoroughly and forever disgraced. They are sick, selfish, unrepentant abusers and they deserve as much jail time as he has for trying to push the blame on the victims, trying to cover up their sons atrocities, and enabling the abuse that happened in the first place.
Grew up in Arkansas. My dad was running for office the same time Jim Bob was - he met him ONCE and didn't know who he was. A few years later my dad walked by the tv as I was watching that show and stopped and said "oh, I met him. he was such a creep I made sure I wasn't around him ever again." My dad is a sweet person and rarely speaks ill about people - so I knew then and there Jim Bob was a bad person.
I live in NWA, about an hour away from springdale, and their reach is FAR! I used to work at a makeup store, and my coworkers say they saw Michelle at the mall, a few days after the arrest in 2021. Not saying that insinuates to anything, but it's crazy to me that they're our local "celebs". I'm not originally from Arkansas, but when I moved here and heard more about them, I was just blown away that people were still holding up Josh Duggar in this community. And I truly don't think they realize just how vile his actions are
survivors never forget their trauma, even if it's repressed from them being young. the parents trying to downplay the abuse is insane--those girls' lives were completely altered from what they went through. i wasn't that young, but i'm a survivor too and i do think that something in me died or changed back then. you never forget.
Let's not forget that these children were taught that a) physical abuse is not the worst thing and b) the victims are the ones to be blamed for this. That must make this even worse ...
As someone who lives in the south, having faith for the formative years of my life was basically just fear mongering which when my OCD started really kicking up i basically tortured myself for around 7 or 8 years. It led to having PTSD because any amount of guilt was magnified and i was convinced God was going to hurt me. It took everything in me and also finding The Bible Project and the concepts of different branches that have different interpretations helped me climb out of that horrible hole. I guess im just typing this to attest to the fact that religious trauma is genuinely some of the most damaging experiences and im lucky to have made it out the other side with my faith intact and a more complete understanding of american Christianity.

The most telling moment of that catastrophic interview was when they talked about finding out from their church group that having a son molest younger daughters is COMMON there. @@demonslayereren3970 Oh no don't worry molestation is just hella common in religions. I mean having someone who speaks "in the name of god" definitely helps having an easy access to kids

They were incredibly irresponsible for doing what they did. Kids raising kids. So sad. Not to mention failing to protect their daughters and downplaying Josh molesting his sisters.
“We should never place the preference of an adult over the safety and innocence of a child.” Seeing how these parents literally NEVER did anything to stop their disgusting son and even DEFEND him, Michelle’s hypocrisy is downright infuriating. Wow, awesome video! I hate that the daughters basically had to raise their siblings, they were really robbed of their childhoods. At that point it was just selfish to keep having kids.
as someone whose first memory of this world was being molested by a sibling: no I did not understand what was going on, only how I felt, it was the first time I ever experienced dissociation, the first time I felt TRULY powerless, hopeless, and horrified. Because I was a child I did not know it was wrong, or I was supposed to tell my parents. That doesn't mean it hasn't haunted every moment of my life since. THE IRONY OF HER BEING SCARED OF TRANS WOMEN IS SO ABSURD
Anyone who intentionally seeks out and gets pleasure from Daisy's destruction should be immediately put away and never released. That's the only proof needed to conclude that person has zero humanity in them and is nothing but a monster. End of story. Throw away the key.
The eldest girls being repeatedly robbed of their childhood as more and more siblings were piled on to them at a stage when they themselves were developing, is already horrible enough without the added molestation.
its nicknamed “oldest daughter syndrome” i think - often in more conservative households, girls are seen as moms-in-training and expected to sub in whenever the parents dont feel like parenting
WOW! I learned that in some cultures, the oldest daughter stays single and never leaves home, and takes care of their elderly parents until their deaths! In the case of the IBLP cult, kids are not allowed to move out of their parents' house until marriage, regardless of age! It's terrible!
Crazy to think they'd probably disown one of their MANY children for being gay but would advocate for the freedom and forgiveness of their pedophilic son.....
My abuser also went for counselling with a 'church counsellor'. So you know that he was cured after three sessions and just went on with his life. He spent decades trying to destroy my spirit, my character, my life, my relationship with my mum and siblings. My siblings go on holiday with him while no one in my family even acknowledges me.
I’m so sorry you had to go through that! Sometimes family are the people you choose so I hope you surround yourself with loving and supportive people! You have nothing to be ashamed of or apologize for and I hope you find love and peace!!
Parentifying young children blurrs the line between how children view adults and kids, in a household with such horrific materials around sexual assault and sex in general, it is not surprising to see how this happened as a result.
All of these survivors in the comments? So heart breaking. Makes my stomach sick.. but I’m here with you. I was molested and dealt with SA for five years with a middle aged man when I was a young teenager. Those things haunted me only after they happened- years later where I would have paralyzing panic attacks when people would have normal physical interactions with me as simple as hugging. I hope we all find healing. You aren’t alone. ♥️
Would I turn my own child in? Yes. Yes, I would. If my child hurts another person, I will turn them in. I'd rather my child be in prison and kept from harming others, than to know my child could harm others and I'd be complicit. That said, my kid can't even kill bugs so 💁
A sociopath your child is NOT. Sounds like they are a Angel who’s loves all the little gross icky creatures. My cousin’s youngest was that way when she was a wee one. Would come inside “LOOK WHAT I FOUND?!?!?” I’d be excited to and look in her hand. She’d have about five rolly pollys in her hand. “Oh that’s wonderful dear….”😳😵💫
Especially when those other people are your own damn young daughters! I don’t care where you come from and what your relations to me is, you hurt someone in my family in a vile way turning you in is merciful compared to what I am capable of
I think there are limits. If I lived in the USSR and my kids was reading something forbidden, I would not turn them in, but real crimes that physically hurt other people, there would be no mercy.
Fun fact: IDK about Arkansas, but there are plenty of states that have laws where ANYONE who is aware of child abuse is required to report. If you fail to do so, you've committed a crime. That includes parents. There are also loads of states that would be happy to arrest parents on charges of neglect or child abuse if they become aware that those parents are allowing a *known abuser* to cohabit with their children.
States won't take action against the "good Christians" because, as their propaganda reminds us, no Christian can do wrong. The double standard giving to Christians, especially Christian men, is disgusting. And it won't ever change, alas. Too much power and money hiding behind the shelter of religion.

They had their childhoods stolen.
I doubt their mother was at fault. She was only there as a birthing canal. Jimbob was totally the one in charge of that.

This really seems like it should be obvious to anyone with even half a brain. It makes me really sad that it isn't.
And it's pretty sad to me that my aunt, who was implied to be irrational or whatever, who is mostly out of my life and the rest of that side of the family's lives, is the only adult in my family who said "That's fucked up."
So, was the abuse dismissed bc they were defending an adult predator first?

"Womb up to god"... I bet it's not god nailing her every night.
Just wow. That's absolutely horrible. Hopefully, he was able to move out when he came of age.

And the investigators would know it was the actual daisys destruction in full, because in cases like this, even if it’s a well known piece of abuse material that’s been reviewed thousands of times for other cases, the investigators have to review every piece of media multiple times and manually in order to be able to testify and explain it in court to a jury.

both of my parents came from quiverfull families of 10 & 12 respectively. there’s an inherent neglect that comes from having so many children & expecting them to parent their siblings. my parents are very much just now finding themselves & their interests because they didn’t have a childhood. thankfully they killed the cycle & i’m an only child, but it truly fucked them up to be one of so many that they never felt loved by their parents.
I'm proud that your parents stopped that cycle.
my mum has 9 kids yeah, but we are all spaced out enough that by the time my younger sibling was born (the 9th), my oldest sister already had had her own kid a year before.

I’m so sorry this happened to you. I know I can’t offer much but I hope you’re able to heal & get the justice you deserve 💓
That infuriorates me!! They should be tortured by the GP.
I hope you can get all the help you need and may your family suffer because they deserved it
I’m so sorry you had to endure this. I’m grateful your father is dead, and I hope you get your revenge on your brother (And that you NEVER get caught)! I’m sending love and support and strength, go get ‘em, boo. You got this.
That's terrible! You never deserved that and I hope you have the support you need now
Imagine living in a family, where instead of being protected from a predator, your own family, AS WELL as strangers take the predator's side instead of you, the victim.
....Honestly I'd probably hang it up at that point. Just out of spite really.
The parents are so disgusting honestly. My mom and dad had two girls and that’s it. My parents were actual parents and let us be what we are their kids. If anything it’s embarrassing and selfish.
Same here. It’s just me and my sister. My parents only wanted two kids. So it’s nice to be able to be a kid. I agree.
Same here,my sister and I had a great childhood since it was just us
I have a bit more siblings than a regular family (we are six kids) but my three older siblings are all adults and were already in college by the time the rest of us were born. I think having many kids is a double edged sword, if you can take care of them then that's great! But if you don't, that a whole lot of trauma your kids will have to live with. Just my two cents!
12 years is absolutely TOO soft of a punishment. He shouldn’t ever step foot out of prison again.
parentification is extremely common in the south especially. i grew up in a southern baptist community and most of these big families are just like this… hell, i at 10 was my own mother’s parent sometimes because of her issues having been parentified herself as child.
very sad
My religious dad and I discussed a thing called “a lack of opportunities” that happens in families with lots of children. So basically let’s say for example one of the children wanted to go to college - that opportunity disappears because that child may have not had the time or energy (due to taking care of younger siblings) to study and gain the qualifications needed to enter college and therefore loses the opportunity to get the career they want that they otherwise would’ve had if they had fewer siblings and more attention. The older children also lose out on their childhood and the luxury of holidays since it would be too expensive with that many children. It’s so selfish for the parents to do that to their children.
They don't think the girls need college because their husbands will provide for them. Jim Bob also expected to use the son-in-laws as unpaid labor
@@rosesweetcharlotte not surprised he looks down on his daughters’ intelligence judging by that bullshit book he follows
I would not be surprised even the slightest bit if Josh’s abuse of his sisters went much further than what he confessed to.
The story they give is usually not the full story.
I was thinking that or she could be gay and is scared to come out because of how their family is. Either way it’s still a shitty position to be in
He probably was abused and continued down the line.
@@maddisonrose9876I never thought about it like that. Hell his father was probably the abuser.
And I truly don't think they realize just how vile his actions are
@@bugvision2312 I lived in NWA for 9 years. Anyone who still upholds them knows what they're doing. Ended a few friendships over that
@@bugvision2312I grew up living about 5 miles down the road from them (tontitown). I get creeps even passing their house. Can’t stand them.
It also blows my mind their children are STILL running for offices here. Gross.
Did your dad elaborate on what was creepy about him? Did he say or do anything or just a vibe?
survivors never forget their trauma, even if it's repressed from them being young. the parents trying to downplay the abuse is insane--those girls' lives were completely altered from what they went through. i wasn't that young, but i'm a survivor too and i do think that something in me died or changed back then. you never forget.
Listening to those transphobic statements just being laid out like that is disgusting and I can't believe she actually did that. Protect our Trans people ❤
My mom always said there was something off about them: Having that many kids and basically making the older ones parents. She would've loved this video.
Your Mom was correct! I too had a bad feeling about the Duggars. And this was before I learned a lot about cults and such. RIP to your Mom. Mine has been gone since 2010. It’s been a nightmare since she’s been gone.
Me too!!
Moms are always right
@@00loudog as you can see with this video, moms are NOT always right. They are humans.
Your mother is a smart lady.
the scene where the daughter is crying in the interview saying we were victims is so heartbreaking, shame on the media for thinking that was some kind of entertainment.
The body remembers what the mind doesn’t. I was sexually abused by my maternal grandfather when I was about 18 months old. I didn’t *know* it had happened until I was told about it, but I just felt “off”.
It’s so hard to describe, but then finding out something so terrible happened to me that I couldn’t even remember…that was a trauma in and of itself.
You like cats?
body remembers trauma so well it’s scary
I'm sorry to hear that, I hope you've gotten support since then
@@gogo_8807im borderline about to vomit. I had my own sexual abuse to the extreme by a family member… and you bringing that up is 100% right
That just gave me chills.
I was sexually harassed by an adult man when I was about fifteen. I buried it so hard that I basically forgot about it entirely but certain things men said to me made me queasy. I finally remembered it years later and felt sick
I can’t even imagine what that was like for you. I’m so sorry about what happened to you. I really hope you have the support you need
I was raised independent Baptist, fundamental and HATED it. We had a narrow minded white man yelling hell fire and brimstone😮😮😮 it was horrific😢😢😢
my family has always been extremely christian and we’ve *never* liked the duggars. they’ve always acted so holier-than-thou and all they’ve ever done is further the stigma about christians all being closed-minded hypocrites. a lot of christians absolutely despise that they’ve been platformed for so long.
it is a SHAME that people like this are cited as “the regular american christian family”
Agreed, always didn’t like them
@@micaharies Nobody assumed this was a "typical Christian family." That's why they were on TV.
I'm more concerned that "typical Christian families" keep acting like fundamentalists are okay.
I am a Christian (with seasoning as I like to say) and I can tell you I am very open minded. I see religion(of any kind) as a supplement to life-think vitamins. The Duggar’s are the worst example of Christians.
Same. As a Christian they always weirded me out, Jimbob especially, something always felt off about him to me.
Ugh I feel so bad for those kids. They have been abused, gaslight, and brainwashed in so many ways.
So sad that they think the women are at fault for being raped and blame them for things like what they’re wearing
Yet THEY dressed those children and did practically NOTHING when their son assaulted their CHILDREN. And they clearly take the sons side, it’s so sad that their daughters have to live like that.
The dresses they (and orher sects), make the women and girls wear are very "childish", braids and ribbons in their hair,
it's all so creepy and disgusting.
Their kids never wore anything “revealing” tho they were very modest
@@brendamiller5785 And mama's baby voice.
@@brennathecatlover4360 exactly! That’s why their argument about how it’s a woman’s fault for being assaulted because she did smthin or was wearing smthing wrong is ironic cause it happened to their daughters who they deemed dressed in an appropriate way
I personally feel that Jim, Bob and Michelle should have immediately lost custody of all of their children. The fact that they knew what he was doing and they covered it up allowing him to continue to do so proves that they are a danger to their own children.
Listening to this, I realize that I should probably report my own father for what he did to me. I was so mad about what Josh did that I realize I shouldnt be protecting my dad myself.
i know it's not a lot, but be careful, i believe in you. it's not easy.
I'm really sorry that happened to you. I live in nj where the statue of limitations got extended for SA. Once I'm able to move out, I plan to report my brother for what he did to me.

Huge shout out to the producers at Oprah. Even though nothing directly came of it, they could’ve easily just cancelled and let it be. But the fact that they reached out to law enforcement at all is awesome
"Letting it be" is the WORST thing ANYONE can do! If it wasn't Oprah, sooner or later, it would have been someone else, since behavior like Josh's can't be hidden forever! He and his parents are already experiencing Karma as we speak!
They are required to. The information was sent to them and they reviewed it. Not reporting to law enforcement would’ve got them in trouble.
@@thefutureisnow7300 only if they are mandatory reporters like teachers, lifeguards, nurses, doctors, etc. but I don’t think tv producers fall into that category
They could see a story in it.
The same Oprah that covered up the South Africa school girls sexual abuse that she funded.😮
The most telling moment of that catastrophic interview was when they talked about finding out from their church group that having a son molest younger daughters is COMMON there. Once they found out they weren't the ONLY one, it seems like they were extremely relieved, and also convinced molestation couldn't be a PROBLEM if it was common in their church.
that whole church is possessed or something
@@demonslayereren3970 Oh no don't worry molestation is just hella common in religions. I mean having someone who speaks "in the name of god" definitely helps having an easy access to kids
It is very common in churches. The Bible commands men to kidnap and “marry” young girls. Can’t expect any follower of a faith like that to have actual sound morals.
They were incredibly irresponsible for doing what they did. Kids raising kids. So sad. Not to mention failing to protect their daughters and downplaying Josh molesting his sisters.
“We should never place the preference of an adult over the safety and innocence of a child.”
Seeing how these parents literally NEVER did anything to stop their disgusting son and even DEFEND him, Michelle’s hypocrisy is downright infuriating.
I was sexually abused from eight years old to twenty one… I’m turning twenty three this year.
No one helped me. My family blamed me for the majority of my life. The amount of suffering in sexual abuse victims is absolutely mind-breaking…
My heart felt like it was ripped in half when I heard what happened to the Duggar girls. I hope Josh and his parents gets what they fucking deserve.
Edit: I wanted to come back and say I actually did have some help. One of my brothers and a handful of friends knew about the abuse and did everything to keep me away from it when they could, and I need to give credit where credit is due. I will always be thankful.
Someone should program a bot to send her that message on her phone every morning when she wakes up.
Tatertot I'm so sorry you were abused. I hope your life is better now. Josh is in jail but his parents and wife don't believe he's a pervert. Unbelievable. Take care
Tatertot, I hope you got therapy after your traumatic ordeal! The IBLP cult is patriarchal, and that's why girls and women are treated so badly! Josh was the "Golden Boy," and Anna loves him TOO MUCH more than their 7 kids, and it's absolutely disgusting!
I wish you didn’t have to go through this physical abuse. I’ve gone through emotional abuse and I can’t imagine how bad that house was. I’m so sorry for everything that you went through.
I was 15 and I stopped it at about 17 or 18; my abuser was my stepfather. I'm almost 23 as well, and I hope that you have a swift recovery and that you abuser has the day they deserve for the rest of their life.
The eldest girls being repeatedly robbed of their childhood as more and more siblings were piled on to them at a stage when they themselves were developing, is already horrible enough without the added molestation.
It's called parentification, which is a form of abuse!
its nicknamed “oldest daughter syndrome” i think - often in more conservative households, girls are seen as moms-in-training and expected to sub in whenever the parents dont feel like parenting
100%
Exactly! So being gay is terrible and can't be tolerated, however, let's forgive the pedo.... OK THAT makes sense... NOT!
Im so sorry you had to go through this. Just know you are important and you matter. I hope you can find peace and heal 💖

They sound like a good egg
Especially when those other people are your own damn young daughters!
I don’t care where you come from and what your relations to me is, you hurt someone in my family in a vile way turning you in is merciful compared to what I am capable of
trash mom lol
It's a shame this didn't go down here in Polk County, FL. Sheriff Grady Judd doesn't mess around with the diddlers and is constantly taking them down.
