Too easy 🤔 are you even human.
I didn't think 100s were too easy, but they were too short. The sun came up and I was a little disappointed that it was over. Moab proved me right, its really fun to run across multiple sunrises!
Endurance events can help show you what you're made of.
"We are going to head up there towards the moon."
The top of the climb felt about that far away. I was so wrecked at that moment.
"I came here looking for a challenge - I think I got it!"

Awesome work, thanks for sharing, loved watching - What an amazing place to run, I have done a couple of 100's, a 145 mile, a 200 mile run from Big Ben in England to the Eiffel Tower in Paris and will be toeing the line for the Thames Ring 250 here in the UK next year, on the very day of my 50th Birthday, cant wait, your video was Inspiring. Nice resume Ian! Sounds like you’re ready. I’m either doing Javelina Jundred or Rio Del Lago 100M in late Oct/early Nov, depending on conditions. Next year will be crazy with Cocodona 250 in Arizona and California Untamed 330. Good luck with your training and events!

$1400? I never knew signing up for ultra running was so expensive but, The scenery view of the mountains are absolutely beautiful.
you can just run and track your own time. instead of paying 1400 for a stupid paper with a number on it. fuck that
They aren't cheap, but they have made to order food at aid stations and sleeping areas, etc.

I hiked 19 miles/5,500 ft of elevation gain in a day once and thought I was a savage, haha! Great job man, I can’t believe anyone is physically capable of doing that race. You’re a legend.
It takes work, but it certainly is possible. In 2019 86 finished the Moab 240 and 22 did not. Thank you for watching!

Oh I’m happy to hear that! I was 46 when I did Moab in 2019, and one of the things I like about ultras is how many folks in their 40s, 50s, and 60s are rocking the long distances.
