I love these new style of interviews with relationship professionals (relationship therapist/lawyers etc) they have a unique take and are not afraid of saying things that go against the grain
1:28:22 I paused the episode to say that I watch abtalks every week since the beginning 5 years ago or more, and I can tell that this is one of the greatest episodes of this show. Also never heard about M. James before, so thank you Anas for having him❤
I absolutely loved this episode, it felt like it finally answered so many questions about why we’re surrounded by so many unhappy people and why finding happiness feels so elusive.
One of the rare, heartwarming, authentic conversations I've seen. As a woman, it was reassuring to see two men talk so lovingly and respectfully about the subjects of "women" and "love", and how to do better at both. Educational and transformative. Thank you!❤🎉
As a single mum, who’s spending the holidays without her kids, this is the last thing I probably should have listened to. But this was so beautiful, relatable and gave me lots to think about. Taking notes for the next time I decide to get married
I find James to appear to be deeply passionate and he seeks authentic connections, he has a stabilizing presence with a nurturing soul who isn't afraid to face the emptiness and shadows within. Life for him seems to be about embracing contrasts: light and dark, emptiness and fullness, passion and serenity. I enjoyed this interview, thank you so much!!🎄Happy holidays✨
Loved this insightful thought provoking interview. Please Anas we want more discussions like these, no more actors / entertainers interviews, this one is 100 times more meaningful.
I reverted to Islam as a swiss and canceled my social media and I feel in peace now. I read books, I paint, I make dua and I leave in peace alone with my kids.
As someone who is in her early 20s I feel like this interview has answered so many questions I had in my mind about relationships and marriage I feel like we’re on a time nowadays where everyone can voice their own opinions about everything especially love life which are not always true and it’s completely just pure projection so I felt so lost for so many times about what is wrong and what is right this interview just felt like a pure authentic and raw take on this topic and I can confidently say that it made me less lost on how real relationships should feel without any non sense expectations and it’s so refreshing to hear so thank you two for this amazing interview ❤
I really liked the guest and wanted to search for him because I wanted to see more of his ideas. He is really a smooth person with kindness radiating from his eyes. He has beautiful, honest, logical and sensitive opinions. Please have more guests like James. ❤
What a great way to spend two hours this holiday! I wish if he opened a little up more and you ask new questions, rather than revisiting stories he’s shared before. Thank you Anas, for bringing him on.
I love Jame's character.. I never thought a lawyer will have a lot of interesting story to tell..Changed my mind about lawyers.. I love how he cried when he remember what happened with the poor girl and he cried for the injustice... Bless this heart and thankyou Anas our rising star
Wow. What an episode.. he's a magnificent human being. Hate to say it but anas couldn't match nor keep up with him in any way. Mentally & spiritually james was on another level. I'm pretty sure he's ENFJ, I love his confidence and would love to meet him one day. Wished this interview would never end. Very well chosen guest. One of the greatest episodes of Abtalks so far.

Woow . what an amazing interview! I kept replaying most of the conversation to save it. This is truly a reference point. I believe anyone planning to get married should listen to this interview first. Thank you so much for every word!
I am a sensitive person myself, it has been always both tough and incredibly amazing being this way. It feels good to see someone embracing this trait, and yet is successful and trying to be the best version of himself. Talking about divorce may help us success in marriage, maybe because it makes us more mindful of every moment we have with our spouses and gives us the sense of responsibility we need to do the Hard/right thing as well. I think it's like how talking about death makes us appreciate life more. Also, every irrational thought about marriage/divorce you have discussed in this talk are very insightful , you did a needed role in fighting the default, challenging the autopilot thinking and the automatic responses we have as human beings through challenging moments in marriage. So many thanks, and deep appreciation for both of you. The episode really touched me deeply.
This was such an insightful and thought-provoking conversation! James's honesty and expertise shine through, especially when discussing the impact of social media on relationships and the importance of self-worth in choosing the right partner. I appreciate how you creates a safe space for such raw and meaningful discussions, Anas. So many valuable takeaways about love, relationships, and self-discovery. Thank you for bringing this eye-opening dialogue to light. A must-watch for anyone navigating relationships! 💡💍❤🔥🎙👏
Anas you’re a very kind person with integrity that clearly shows in your interviews. Your mama is a wonderful woman and she did an amazing job raising you and your siblings ❤
What a wonderful interview , I enjoyed the flow in there and felt blessed that I am a bilingual . I resonated much with the majority of what he said and reflected back to my divorce . Appreciate it a lot Anas . This was amazing one. ❤
Great interview fulfilling perfectly the promise of this podcast: to know the human behind the guest. I liked this one much more than the interview in doac where it was more about the lawyer than the human behind James Sexton. And I find Anas as always very smart and respectful in the way he drives the conversation that it feels like a therapy session for both the guest and the viewer. outstanding!
I just finished watching this incredible podcast, and I have to say, it exceeded all my expectations! I had never heard of the guest before, but I thoroughly enjoyed his insights and experiences-they were truly eye-opening. The questions were top-notch, and the conversation flowed so smoothly, making the 2-hour runtime feel effortless. It was such an enlightening and enjoyable experience. Thank you for this amazing content!
To see you both come together for this in-depth conversation is both intriguing and satisfying to listen to. Brilliant questions and answers. Thank you for each of your time.
@41:31 Love and marriage can be hand in hand, but I think what makes men think a million times before getting married is the fear of losing half of their wealth if the marriage did not work, therefore they cover it with the saying "love and marriage can`t be together". Thank you Anas for this very informative Podcast.
I am 34mins in and it’s just simply beautiful ❤ to watch two incredible souls speaking from the heart. I really felt like I am the third person in the room with them.
Everytime I watch an episode I say this was the best interview.. so props to you for the content the ease you put people in that they can be their authentic selves.. you inspire me and always make me ask and think and also answer your great questions.. thank you from the bottom of my heart Anas and Anas team you guys have no idea the impact you are having on us

The interview was full of excitement and a lot of information. I felt that it changed something inside me. Some of the things that were said were similar to what I am going through, but everything that happened taught me a lot and made me grow. It was a very beneficial interview, and I love interviews like this, filled with an immense amount of knowledge that can truly help a person improve their life and themselves. I also want to thank you for hosting such inspiring individuals with great minds and unique perspectives on life who help people make positive changes.❤

I first watched Jim on other channels and follow him since then. Great episode! I relate to a lot of what Jim say about marriage. He resonates with me on how the marriage contract provisions are omitted by the fever of love and only come up for debates during divorce. A bright mind actually!

James Sexton cried out for a poor lady ❤❤❤ & recognized the injustice within the justice practice.
Two grown men who openly say that they see a psychologist, we are doing something right in this generation. An incredible and deep interview! ✨✨✨

Anas don't stop this is the needed kind of episodes the world need now big bravooo
