I had 3 popups this weekend. Not all were great and I actually had 2 full briskets leftover. Ended up cryovacing them and reheating them for an event today. They held over great and I SOLDOUT there. Great day 🤙🏼
I think it depends on your location. A buddy of mine up in Washington does his under a 12x12 tent. I also know people who go to breweries and they let him setup inside. I’m in KC btw. Where you at?
