Great channel mate. What setup do you use for casting big crossfires? I’ve been using a cheap 7’4 spin rod with 20 pound braid and leader. Want to maximise my cast length as 90% of hits are in the first 1/4 of the retrieve. I was thinking about going up to 8 foot and lighter braid. Worried about snapping the braid when casting the 195 if I got down to 10 pound. Any thoughts? Cheers
What a big flat head fish! I've never seen such a big one.
