I love Dr. Stracks how much you love your patients and how proud you are of their progress, and taking on their healing journey and customizing it for themselves and supporting each other. Just the best feeling. Thanks to Leah, Matthew and Brendan for their willingness to share so openly!

It's always great to hear other people's healing stories. I also think it helps to hear people who aren't pain free yet but have made substantial progress. Thanks to you all.

Hearing their stories is definitely inspiring - I am not near where they are but in my mind it really feels like it. That along with worrying about whether these pains are actually TMS or something else is where I struggle. I started my Curable journey today. I've tried everything in the last 5 months to help with these pains. I am hopeful and excited to get my life back.

@@sweetmountainbaby Wow seems like 3 years ago was a long time. Its been up and down. I am barely starting to not be so afraid of when my body is in pain. I can confess though that I have not drilled down and followed Curable as best as I should, but have been using it as needed - when I flare up or when I go through very stressful times in my life. I am still hopeful, though the pains/sensations are still there daily. Hopeful that as I continue to be disinterested and not afraid, they will continue to diminish and eventually fade away for good.

    This was very helpful!
I think where I benefitted the most was hearing how the individual's progress kinda came and went without much acknowledgement...I really need to pat myself on the back more...I've come a long way.🦽🛴🚶‍♀️
