Hi Karen! I know what you mean on pricing. I recently got a bill 40% higher than normal. The cost of living keeps going up. Do the best you can do, apply for local programs that help with utility costs and be at peace that you've done what can be done! I got the cashmere sweater after a Winter storm wiped out the electricity in my area a couple years back. Trailers get very cold but I'm better prepared now than back! The first snowstorm in the trailer a couple years back, I lost power and found out the hard way how cold trailers can get. That prompted me to search for warm clothing and I found the fancy sweater! Love the feel of it!
You got a lot of good food. Your pantry is so big and open. Our pantry is small, and you go through a maze type setup. We got a package of chicken breasts. We made several meals from those. We also got a loaf of cranberry walnut bread. It is quite tasty. I sure do thank God for the food pantries and all that participate in providing food to them. Our local convenience store/ gas stations give their leftover hot foods to them.
Yes, thank God for the food pantry! I eat better because of them. The cranberry walnut bread sounds fantastic! It's wonderful the convenience store donates food. I love your cashmere sweater. That has been a very expensive sweater. I found a pair of Italian men's loafers and they work if I wear thick socks. They look like Gucci
Some men's clothing is so well made! I'm glad I bought the sweater. It's been great keeping me warm! Yes, men's shoes can work with thick socks, for sure!

That made me laugh! I think most clothing has shrunk by the time it hits the thrift store. Some things really do need to be hand-washed. I baby some of my clothing to make it last as long as possible. When I moved here, I needed to re-build my life and my wardrobe! I built up my clothing from mostly thrifted items. I learned how to dress better for my body type. It all helped me feel better to keep going forward!

I understand about getting rid of the bread almost wraps when they sit around. They get really saggy and very gross tasting because they are so soggy. So I understand about just getting the stuff inside of it.

Mr. Turtle says Hello! He's guarding the trailer right now. I got the paper shade lamp at the thrift store. That was one of the first lamps I got when I moved here and started rebuilding my life.
