You are such an inspiration! I am in my first year flower farming, just had the grand opening of my flower stand two days ago, Friday, and I sold out... my 9 bouquets! Lol Wouldn't it be awesome to have 50 + bouquets selling twice week! Thank you for sharing all your tips - flower organization on the table, the way you wrap bouquets, the size of your garden, the drive thru, your payment methods, your ingredients, recipe and prices! This is so helpful! ❤

5 hours away from you in Central Arkansas. The weather has been crazy and terrifying. Lightening strikes way too close, and rain, rain, rain. Your bouquets are amazing!

You two are so cute!! I have yet to start a flower farm. I've been learning about growing seedlings, watching other flower farmers and learning about flowers. I just found you today and you make it seem possible for me to do. Thank you.

@iamHis888Heismine yes but she has a lot of people that want to come view the farm, & she's talked about not wanting people to come in her personal driveway. I was mainly thinking this would be a good idea for her to do something like this Farm from her driveway, for her customers that want to view the farm/see where the flowers are coming from, without having to drive up her main driveway.... & her csa's- idk if she still delivers those, or if they pick up from the farm or nursery, or what, but she could leave just her csa's bouquets or each weekend...

Loved this! You two are funny together. 😊
One tip I have is to get a paper holder/cutter for your roll of Kraft paper. I just got one off of Amazon and it makes such a difference, especially if you are doing 50+ at a time like you!

We own a historical house and people come to see the old part of our town all the time and will just come down our driveway. I think they don’t think anyone actually lives in our house…until they see us, lol.

That is back breaking, you could hang the buckets of flowers on the wall you are facing and just pluck from there, beautiful bouquets.

Thank you for inspiring this first year flower farmer! It’s so great to see how many blooms you can get from that one patch! I love how you wrap your bouquets too. What size are your paper sheets for wrapping the bouquets? I’ve been playing around with different sizes and just can’t seem to get the look I’m going for. I think yours are great. Wishing you a great growing season!

Thank you! They are 18” (we buy kraft paper on amazon) then we cut them ourselves to be approx 18x18. I personally like when the flowers look full on top vs nestled into the paper so thats how i wrap ours.

    • @CoramDeoFarm

Thank you! It depends. In the spring I do that but most of our summer flowers don’t love the cooler so I harvest early morning Friday and late Friday for Saturday sales.

Add tall cosmos. They come in all colors of pinks & red, bicolors on tall sturdy stems. Phlox would be very aromatic.

    • @CoramDeoFarm
