I do agree that you can poop anywhere, but when dishing out that amount of money, amenities would be nice.
You can poop in the woods anytime, without buying the scout.

Bathrooms/inside showers are big and heavy, and often comes with a much much higher price point than a Scout. You likely won’t find another camper this lightweight and offroadable in the price range. That’s pretty much a van thing or something a 4,000 lbs Palomino might have. Different strokes for different folks. Personally I would hate the cleanup process and would probably never use any toilet that’s in my living room
