Once you tune in to pitch and intonation, you'll start noticing them all the time! You just need to know what to listen for. Thanks for the kind words about the editing - I do the best I can!
thank you so much for share this knowledge, my entire life i never ever heard someone who has a superb speaker pitch like you, very intelligent and creative on using an intonation to the fullest efficient. it is so not plastic nor isn't superficial. also plus your explanation was super detail and very clear to understand to practice. you're a very very very talented natural teacher. Edit: can you please share some tips on breathing techniques while using this three types of an intonations in a casual conversations. I have a monotonous voice, very need your help and guide.
Thank you for the thoughtful comment and super kind words! I am definitely trying to show people that using your pitch and intonation effectively is about connecting and communicating clearly. The most effective speakers are not afraid to use the full range of their voices. That said, I am always learning what else I can do with my voice - that's part of the fun of teaching these skills! Have you seen my video on breathing, pausing, and thought groups? Here it is: th-cam.com/video/IKUWcrVGrZE/w-d-xo.html

Hi Kim, I have found your channel recently and I love your videos. Do you know any App that will be catching my pitch level? I want to understand what is high what is low with my voice.
Welcome to my channel! That is a great question. There are a lot of apps out there for both musicians and singers. I have the Soundcorset app on my phone and it can track the pitch levels. I don't think you can go wrong with any that have decent reviews - experiment and see what gives you the details you want.
Rising and falling intonation can be confusing, as the patterns vary among languages. With practice, it gets easier to hear (and create) the different pitch and intonation patterns.
Thanks for your interest! At the moment, my intonation course is no longer available. I encourage you to explore the many videos available on my TH-cam channel!

I find myself tough to understand this topic, though i am a teacher. Rising and falling tone confuses me. Plenty of thanks to Mam Kim .
