Ironic but at my job as telephone customer representative a have to finish the call around 7 minutes I usually be cold to not encourage the clients to talk a lot
That's a really good point - there are times when you don't want to encourage the conversation. I respect your work as a customer service representative - you have to balance trying to help solve problems for the clients while also getting through calls quickly. It's a lot!
