I can feel the softness of the dough. While rolling out give equal pressure all over turning to give perfect round shape, I guess. I am going to make definitely.
I'm going to make these today. Thanks :)
5:37 - well done... when Paul realised that pita was better than what he produced
Paul Wollyood é um exemplo para o mundo!!!Gotava de conhecer
Paul Hollywood is amazing!

Gigi Lee Clear your foggy brain. Paul Hollywood is an amazing scumbag!
Made the pittas for lunch they were so tasty well done Paul. They were the nicest thing I ever tasted so fresh. Will definitely make again.
Very nice love it 👍
Mine is resting now. Beautiful dough. Is there a time when these can be held for a day. Id like to make them for a very early luncheon.
Bonito trabalho, e muita experiência.Bonita pessoa!👏🤭
I have got to have a go at these!!
Volim to.
I have always been caution to use water at 110-120 degree farenheight. Thanks for sharing.
A bit too many years ago when Hollywood was a baker. At present he hasn't baked for years. A skill not used is not retained.
😀well done
Can you use canola oil instead of olive oil?
Yes
You need to be a little more patient to make a good fluffy pitta bread but for a starter and if you don't want to wait to long it's a great recipe.
I will try it sometime when i'm in a hurry.
Could u tell me how i get the same thickness each side
Actually, this is the cypriot pitta bread, not the greek one. Greek pitta is not an oval pocket bread but a round flatbread with little holes on it.
Who cares?
Prefer a pocket - I dont like the flat ones they are very doughy

@@Mr___X I sure did.
The Turkish introduced it in Europe, but it originated from the bedouins. look at the Ducht Wike web side for all the names, nl.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pitabroodje. Germany and the Netherlands are flooded with Turkish people. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pita
Where is the recipe please?
In his book
I like to learn how can I apply for lessons, please anyone knows

I pray God sends u the perfect mate!
'put into a pre-heated oven'
That moment when you've become so famous you let your audience work out what temperature
This isn't so easy. When I had a go I had the oven too hot so the outside was browned but the inside wasn't baked right through, and also I managed to puncture the dough so it didn't rise all over!!

Ok boomer. Who cares ?
Russell was the star baker. Kim, I'm sorry but you won't be joining us next week.
It is Turkish, allmost Everything you eat in Greece is Turkish and it's not pita bread, Pita means bread.
Not really, pitta is a greek word, etymologically speaking. Also, pitta like flatbreads have been around for thousands of years and every middle eastern and near eastern culture has it's equivalent.
Yep the Greek adopted it from Turkish and Eastern cultures that ruled over them.
oh dear
puff had the biggest puf 😜
