Great unboxing! Love Smallville! Just wanted to point out that the Aquaman pilot isn't with Alan Ritchson. It was Justin Hartley who played Aquaman in the pilot episode for that show. As you know it wasn't picked up so he joined Smallville as Green Arrow a year later or something like that, and Alan Ritchson played Arthur Curry/Aquaman for a short period in the show, 4 episodes.
I just hot this complete series for my birthday of this yearbi had seen some of it i should of slaped my self in the face and kept whatching this series when i was in middle school and high school and sooo on its a really good show
The only thing I don't like about the packaging is that its only the Sleeve that's protecting the Blu Ray cases, when you look at the Smallville DVD Box Set its an actual thick cardboard lid on top.
Actually is was Justin Hartley that was aquaman in the Un-aired episode of the tv show 🤔🤔

Smallville is the longest running. Live action superhero DC show. Ever made With 10 seasons in 218 episodes. I don't think any live action. Super hero series will ever beat it.

I think my favorite episode is the Season 4 Finale called Commencement. So much Superman lore in that episode! The Season 2 Episode called Insurgence is also nearly perfect. Seasons 8, 9 and 10 were not the same show because Michael Rosenbaum wasn’t there...but I still love the whole series..especially Seasons 1 through 7. The Season 7 Episode called Descent is also epic! What a show!
Even though Michael Rosenbaum wasn't in season 9 I still think that is one of the best seasons out of all of them.
Chloe is my favorite character in the show
I cry what happened to her an getting brainwashed an all such a sad ending for her..SHe was the best on smallvill
I just hope it has the full pilot. The version on Hulu has some scenes cut out.

My Favorite Moment in Smallville was that Dramatic Walk out scene on the Episode 'Justice' and for for Favorite Episode I have many, aside from the 'Absolut Justice' Episode I think I'm going with the Episode 'Vengeance'
If I want to be pedantic it’s the first time for seasons 1-5 on blu ray, seasons 6-10 got individual releases on the format.

Yes that’s smallville Kara played by Laura Vandervoort.
There was just over 12 months between the end of smallville and the start of Arrow season 1.
I don’t think Arrow would’ve happened if Green Lantern hadn’t flopped, as that movie was produced by Greg Berlanti and Marc Guggenheim.

I think I remember hearing that around S5 of Smallville it had its budget cut, bearing in mind this was before Mark Pedowitz was CEO and changed direction for the CW into a more action oriented series of shows.
Especially in relation to superhero shows too.
I may import this Smallville release at some point into the U.K.

I guess I can say that my favorite episode was the one with the Justice League. Or when Supergirl showed up, or Doomsday? I'm on the fence on getting this set, because I bought the complete Blu Ray set from my local f.y.e.'s going closing out sale. I'll probably wait for a sale to grab this version.

I was wondering how the artwork was going to be. Excited to pick it up, but I do like the original releases disc art and episode guides. I'm still going to hold on to my DVD sets, but it will be good to see it on blu-ray.
Since I didn't the WB Network I missed seeing Smallville until after it ended and bought season one on DVD and enjoyed it enough to buy the whole series and without this show there would be no Arrowverse
I never Thought we would Ever see Smallville the Complete Series on Blu Ray Especially with the Terrible Crimes Allison Mack Committed!

@@CinemaDeviant I'm glad they didn't. Allison's crimes shouldn't taint what was such a great show. Smallville should always be remembered and celebrated, it's legacy will always hold a special place in our hearts. Yes, Allison was a huge part of the show, and I did feel weird re-watching the show to begin with when I first heard the news about what she did. But I've since been able to separate her from her character. I'd hate for the show to be blacklisted just because of one cast member's transgressions in their personal life. And thanks to Tom, Michael and others, they help to keep the show alive and remembered for the good times it had. Always hold on to Smallville.

The two bonus disc must be transfer also in HD...

I know seasons 6 - 10 were already released on blu ray. But I am interested in the earlier seasons. How is the blu ray transfer of the early seasons. Are they worth buying the blu ray set for them or should I stick to the DVD versions & just buy seasons 6 -10 on blu ray ?

I wish they would have put art work on the discs I think the dvd have art work on them.
it also partially inspired the dceu mostly with man of steel zack even put cloe's family name on a shop and she was a orginal character not from the comic's.

This was unexpected for me ive been waiting years for the blue ray, an i had a real good pay check this week, so i opted to buy it..My wife will kill me but so worth it..Own the dvd already on it..Hopefully one day 4k will be released.
You wouldn't get anything out of a 4k. These were mastered in 480p (S1 only) and HD for the rest. Despite 35mm footage, they will stay at 1080p. This is still a very nice collection.

Having a problem. The Blu ray set was supposed to be released on 10/19 so far Amazon,Target,Warner Bros Archive and Walmart don’t have it in stock. What the F is going on?

Are these menus the same as the menus from the DVDs or is that low budget standard icons menu that looks cheap and ugly
Seasons 8-10 were the best seasons for me.
I just zipped through season 8 and 9 and i gotta say that I think i agree with u. Those were the ones that i kinda dipped in and out with but with the Arrowverse being VERY superhero-y I think I appreciate it a bit more now.
