എന്റെ cb shine 125 sp ഇൽ കുറച്ച് കാലമായി കാർബുറേറ്റർ ന്റെ താഴത്തെ ഹോളിലൂടെ ലീക് ഉണ്ട്. ഇത് വരെ 5 / 6 വട്ടം carbortor ഊരി എല്ലാം ചെക്ക് ചെയ്ത്. O ring മാറ്റി, ആ ചെറിയ ബുഷ് needle മാറ്റി, air needle മാറ്റി. കുറച്ച് ദിവസം ലീക് ഒന്നും ഇല്ലാതെ ഓടി. വീണ്ടും ലീക് വരുന്നു. രാവിലെ ആണ് problm കാണുന്നത്. Start ചെയ്ത് കുറച്ച് seconds കഴിയുമ്പോ ലീക് തുടങ്ങും. ഞാൻ വേഗം fuel ഓഫ് ചെയ്യും. ഒരു 1 മിനിറ്റ് കഴിഞ്ഞ് വീണ്ടും start ചെയ്ത് വേഗം ഓടിച്ചു പോകാറാണ് ഇപ്പൊ ചെയ്യുന്നത്. കുറച്ച് ഓടി കഴിഞ്ഞാൽ പിന്നെ ആ ദിവസം സാദാരണ ഈ ലീക് പ്രോബ്ലം ഉണ്ടാവാറില്ല. But പിറ്റേന്ന് വീണ്ടും ഇത് തന്നെ സ്ഥിതി. വർക്ഷോപ്പിൽ ചോതിച്ചാൽ ചെലപ്പോ സീറ്റിങ് പ്രോബ്ലം ആവും ഒന്നുടെ അഴിച്ചു നോക്കണം എന്നൊക്കെ പറയും. എനിക്ക് ആകെ മടുത്തു. New കാർബുറേറ്റർ 5k ആവുമെന്ന് കേട്ടു. അത് കൊണ്ട് മാറ്റാനും തോന്നുന്നില്ല. Last time carburrator ഊരിയത്തിനു ശേഷം kicker വളരെ സ്മൂത്ത്‌ ആയി ഫീൽ cheythu.but രാവിലെ kicker അടിക്കുമ്പോൾ ആണ് ഓവർ ഫ്ലോ ഉണ്ടാവുന്നത് പോലെ തോന്നുന്നു. (ബാറ്ററി weak ആയതോണ്ട് kicker ആണ് അടിക്കാൻ ശ്രമിക്കാര് )പിന്നെ 1 min കഴിഞ്ഞ് self ആണ് അടിക്കുന്നത്. ഞാൻ daily ചെയുന്നത് പോലെ വണ്ടി ഓടുന്നത് കൊണ്ട് പ്രോബ്ലം ഉണ്ടോ അതോ കാർബുറേറ്റർ മാറ്റണോ? Brode workshop എവിടാ സ്ഥലം?

വണ്ടി ഉപയോഗിക്കാത്ത പ്പോൾ പെട്രോൾ ഓഫ് ആക്കി ഇടുക. പിന്നീട് വണ്ടി എടുക്കുമ്പോൾ സ്റ്റാർട്ട് ആക്കിയതിന് ശേഷം മാത്രം പെട്രോൾ ഓൺ ആക്കുക.

Petrol ടാപ്പിലൂടെ petrol വരുന്നില്ല. ടാപ് ഊരി കൊറേ തവണ ക്ലീൻ ചെയ്തു എന്നിട്ടും petrol വരണില്ല എന്ത് ചെയ്യും
ബൈക്ക് നിർത്തിയിടുന്ന ചിലപ്പോൾ carburettor വഴി petrol വരാറുണ്ട്. ഓവർ flow വരുന്ന വഴി close ചെയ്താൽ valla പ്രോബ്ലെവും ഉണ്ടോ
ഉണ്ട് ഞാൻ ഒരിക്കൽ ആ overflow ഹോസ് മടക്കി കെട്ടി വെച്ചു.. start ആക്കിയപ്പോ over പെട്രോൾ എൻജിൻ ന്റെ അകത്തു overflow കേറി plug അടിച്ചു പോയി.

ഇപ്പഴും പെട്രോൾ ലീക് ആകുന്നു അതായത് വണ്ടി നമ്മൾ ഓഫിൽ ഇട്ട് start ചെയ്താൽ പിന്നെ carborateril ഉള്ള petrol തീരുന്ന വരെ ഓടും അറിയാതെ ഓഫ് ആയാൽ പിന്നെ പെട്രോൾ on ചെയ്താൽ leaking start ചെയ്യും. വണ്ടി ഓടുമ്പോൾ ഒരു കുഴപ്പവും ഇല്ല പെട്രോൾ ഓഫ് ചെയ്തു start ചെയ്താൽ പിന്നെ വണ്ടി ഓഫ് ആയാൽ പെട്രോൾ on ചെയ്യുമ്പോഴാണ് leakage.
ഒരുപാട് workshopil കാണിച്ചു ആർക്കും അറിയില്ല
