Thanks. Like many others I've been wondering. I just checked (7 years later, I guess) and you are right. Googling your Rossini piece sent me back to TH-cam, and I got to listen to it again, though without the moon.
THANK YOU NASA! just again took advantage of this precise graphic tool to double verify how close the Super Moon looks like ^^ ( 2:27 June 23, 2013 11:00 UTC [11:12 the closest point] what a moment!!)
a few days ago I've seen mare crisium very low, much lower than the max it goes in this video for 2013. Is it because I am in the southern hemisphere? Maybe I was wrong, my telescope is not so good, and my knowledge little. The day after I have seen it much higher though. thanks
I like the 2015 more than the music in this video,it makes me more like to dance in public with a violin until we got to Uk and entering the palace wierd
Well what I saw on 11/14/2013 is that Moon's Mare Crisium (big black dot usually between 90 and 0 degrees on the face of Moon) now was 270 degrees, or -90 maybe -80. I don't recall this suppose to happen, anyone know why does it look like that?
I know this is an extremely old comment and I don't have an explanation but I have been finding quite a few other people posting about this very this and I saw it once too in September of 2016. Its good to know others are seeing this but I want to know why it occurs but there is literally no information i can find describing this.
HAPPY NEW YEAR of 2013 !! 1st Day of it to coordinate with this marvelous Lunar tracking system !! KEEP GOING! NASA!! you guys doing so great, 。。。。Greeting from Taiwan 謝謝你們,太空總署!^O^。。。。
An educated person. I could not be happier that someone with musical knowledge such as yours took the time to explain that- to a tone deaf dork like me. I grew up in Detroit- Rock and Roll, Rock, Hard Rock, Metal...until I lost a lot of my hearing, mostly the higher notes. I was a kid, had no idea that by the time your ears feel pain that the damage is already done....I knew nothing else till I grew up....but I can still enjoy music such as this. It is beautiful. Thank You. Thank You Very Much.
Background music: Sonata a Quattro No.3 in D major - Allegro - Gioachino Antonio Rossini (Sei Sonate a Quattro per 2 violini, violoncello e contrabbasso - 1804).
september 2015 have 4 moon cycle on 7 days that end the 28 with the full eclipse of the blood moon. you guys have information about what is going on and what is the type of magic or spells you can cast at this time?

Brilliant!
very difficult to understand when you think about it too long :D
although we see the same side of the moon this side seems to wobble clockwise and counter clockwise. why is that?
haha moon go spin
Calming.
But if the moon moves away without not if then should it be said questioningly throughout a product of an easterly wind on the balance?
Did anybody wonder what the background music is???
String Sonata No.3 In C Major, 1. Allegro
composition by Ludwig van Beethoven
according to Shazam

Not Beethoven, as Sam Z says, but as someone else has mentioned, Rossini String Sonata No 3 in C Major. I've checked, and that is really it.

Wonderful. Thanks for the post. :-)

Oh Theia how I loved thee
Hermoso
Every celestial object is better with it's first letter being in uppercase. Even the Moon
let us build a lunar elevator beanstalk, only costs $800 million
The Moon is more close from the earth in this year 2013
Толково . Создается впечатление что Луна привязана к Солнцу
SUPER MARIO GALAXY!
Off putting music
Did I rly just watch 5min video of just the moon spinning ?
Wtf man, I rly have to get out more...
Not really spinning, just pitching and yawing back and forth during its phases.
The moon moving away from us and if it moves we wont be balance and time would be longer
be cool if it exploded
THE MOON DOES NOT ORBIT EARTH
