What would be your Anchorage farm fleets? My Union vanguards are either under-leveled or maxed out with lvl 120 and 3m exp.

i farm the fuck out of 12-4, but why do u use fire exinquisher on cheshire? Usually vanguard hardly ever have to worry about burn dmg, only ur blackline against kongou.
