It's been extremely difficult to go from an independent, driven woman with dreams, to an unsure, broken, and completely lost woman carrying so much pain. So I am here right with you. Right now I'm back in school pursuing a second degree, living with family and beginning a new relationship and also hoping to get back into my better diet routine. Each day is still hard, I reflect and think ALOT but I'm getting through it. Your similar struggle really helped me feel less alone. ❤ And God is with us always.
This video could not have come at a more perfect time! Currently, just got out of a 3 year relationship and it has definitely forced me to re evaluate myself, my goals, and what long term happiness looks like for me. It's scary, but also exciting at the same time because I know this period in my life will bring so much growth and resilience. Watching this made me even more inspired to make this year my "that girl" era 💫❤
Erin, you're so relatable. I've always enjoyed following you in all your channels because of how honest you are with your audience, but still have a positive outlook on things. I never feel negative coming away from your content. I feel your struggle with going back & forth with decisions. With procrastination (I am queen). & it's not something I would say to my audience out of fear, but you just did & I feel that much more connected with you. I'm excited to see what you bring us this year 🥰

I managed to get rid of procrastination by finding something that I reeeeally love. When you find the thing you deeply like you find the time and the motivation. I am working 40hours per week, from 9am to 6pm, I was struggling the end of the 2022 because I felt like I didn't have time to do something different than working, cooking, sleeping and back again every day until the weekend. I was tired and I was taking my job in a bad way. Then I decided to start to go to sleep a bit earlier and week up a bit earlier too. Now, before I go to work, I dedicate myself on my hobbies like reading books (I read 4 books in a month, never happened before), or clean the house so when I come home I can chill with my boyfriend and prepare dinner together, and so on. But when I have to "workout" day I feel that I'm so tired and so lazy to wake up early and most of the time I go back to sleep. What I want to say with this is that it gets easier for me to stick on my goals when they are what I really love and I struggle so much when is something I don't really want to do. I would love to have a super toned body but...really? Is it really what I want? And why? So people recognize me as a "cool"/"sexy"? And then...do I really need to care about what other think? I believe that there is not a right and a wrong answer. There is just the answer that fits you or not 😊
Happy New Year!!!! Now in my 50s, I have seen many different versions of myself. I had the 'really serious and totally focused' me, the 'work' me, the 'mom' me, the 'wife' me and now the 'life is so good' but I am getting a bit too lazy' me. ha ha. It just means you're growing. I love all the me's but I always work on the 'how can I be better' me, especially at New Year. Life is meant to be fun, so enjoy the 'that girl' you until you're not. Love from Japan XX

100% procrastinating... I need to just get over the fear and ask someone for help when I don't understand something at work. I also want to move my body more in 2023... I'm realising that I feel rubbish when I don't move and eat rubbish, so to combat that I need to change my habits! Slowly but surely 😊
I do have the problem of procrastinating because I been wanting to post to TH-cam and IG but not sure about how to start and fearful but have not put the time in researching and actually doing what I have found out. I probably really need to narrow done on consuming so many others content because it takes time from be actually productive to a goal. Thanks for sharing and blessing to you and all in the new year.

It’s not just procrastination that gets in my way - Occasionally it’s negative self talk, self doubt or internal conflict. It’s possible to talk yourself out of doing something.😏
