I've been struggling for the past 3 weeks when TH-cam recommends this video to me and I can't click on it because I have to study something on TH-cam and keep going, it was a stressful period.. I mean studying for 17 hours a day! Praise be to God, today was the last finale, and here I am rewarding myself by watching it, keep posting ❤

I feel you. Self- help books are time taking and they need to be digested slowly. I can read a fiction in hours but a self help book takes me a month to finish. So I generally read a self help book in the morning to get some inspiration and a fiction during my commute or free time.
