As a Mongolian who has lived in Australia for 7 years the Waltzing Matilda part totally reflects my thoughts about this beautiful, vast country. Australia has magestic beaches, mountains and plains. I love this country and its kind people
Its so beautiful. So soulful. You hear the sound of thousands of generations. What a gift to share with us. Thank you. Thank you. Your music moves me to tears.
So undescribably ethereal and sublime, like it sinks deep into my soul. The Sygyt style specifically is my favorite. So mesmerizing! Greetings from Brazil.
The fact that we can convey millions of messages, histories, stories, ideologies, and emotion with such intense feeling and beauty in forms as simple as a horsetail is truly awe inspiring. Thank you for the music, my man please be safe 🙂
Very beautiful sounding. Reminds me of hiking to the to of a tall mountain in the Himalayas, meeting an old wise man with a long white beard at the top, and him giving me many words of wisdom.
i just finish mam khulan batkhuyag ted talk and my curious mind brought me here. I totally agree when she said that morrin khuur instrument totally represent all emotions.
This is fantastic! I’m learning to play the Morin Khuur, and this has really inspired me. Looking at the movement of your hands in Waltzing Matilda has helped a lot with my technique. Thank You very much, Good luck from Denmark!
Hi, we received this beautiful instrument as a gift but we can't make it sound properly, it seems that the chords need to be "waxed"? Do you know what we should use ? Thank you!
@@maighdeanachniluanaigh5149 Hello! I dont know what you mean by waxed? It may be because you need to put rosin on the bow. After some time, it will apply to the strings when you play. But don’t worry if it doesn’t sound right, it will get much better over time.
Just all I can say is , I so love to here!! I've subscribed to your aight. Such beautiful and awei inspiring! Musis. Thank you. As well?as putting a smile on my face 😊
Absolutely gorgeous! Wow! You are so talented. I play the monochord instrument and would love to learn how to play this instrument. Any advise where I can get lesson. Thank you.
1. Where can I get one of these? 2. Where can I learn to play one? 3. How is nobody talking about how clean the set that he was playing on is? Beautiful work. (The music was great too, obviously)
1) If you are not in Mongolia, perhaps the best option is online. There are various online sites you can search. a. Steven Morel, b. Morin-Huur.com site, c. Mongulai 2) If you are unable to find someone in your area who's a Morin Khuur musician, then internet, books, videos, etc....you could also try to find someone in a university who might focus on Mongolian studies. 3) Agreed. His playing is definitely soothing. I'm also thinking of learning Morin Khuur.
You should definitely learn this. The Mongolic Morin Khuur and the Turkic Kobyz are the direct ascendants of all the bowed instruments. Even violin. Turkic and Mongolic people are the first fiddlers on earth!
There seems to be so much sadness in the timbre of this instrument... kind of reminds me of a cello but just higher in register (more like perhaps a violin?). It's like a grandparent trying to teach they younger ones about life with zero sugar coating... that's the feel I get.
I just wanna climb a mountain and think about random things like grass and rain etc
And birds.

Grass and Rain are most certainly not random, they are constants.

As an Australian I can tell you, I was not expecting that. But sung beautifully.
As an Austrian I can tell you that most people think I'm from Australia
A tip : watch series at flixzone. Me and my gf have been using it for watching lots of of movies these days.
@Jose Zeke Yup, been watching on Flixzone for years myself :)
This Waltzing Matilda was the most surprising thing I've ever listen on the internet, really. Thank you so much for that.
Thanks for listening
Gods in heaven this makes my skin tremble. Glory to the Mongolian people for such magnificence.

ngl i got teary eyed when he started singing waltzing matlida, to think my countrys song could reach so far
Giving me those eastern vibes of an ancient civilization, that is nothing but a history lesson now.

As a Mongolian, this reminds me of Mongolian endless grasslands
also when the Mongol soldiers went to war in a foreign land and miss their home
not sure about sadness. it is more melancholy, and introspection and some loneliness. these are the themes run through the Mongol long song.
Somewhere available the Last song sheet music?

You make me ready for war
