- In this video I visit the graves of notorious Chicago mobsters, Al Capone and Frank Nitti. Along the way I take you to a somewhat well known grave amongst the locals, the bride of Mount Carmel cemetery. The story around this grave is definitely bizarre and a story worth telling.

I drove past here on Roosevelt Road a bunch of times - never once went in to see Als grave.

The story is a sad one . The baby died during childbirth and was buried with Julia. Such a tragic story . Al Capone was a çrazy story . Thanks for taking me along Scott .😊
There are TONS of mobster's graves in that cemetery. Dean Obanion. Hymie Weiss, The Genna brothers. My friends grandpa Sam Giancana's as well. Dennis Farina also is buried there (in a surprisingly small grave) as well. Great vid!!

Great video Scott, ive always been interested in the lives of the mafia epechally Al Capone he ruled chigago with an iron fist aswell as having a number of inportant people in his pocket. His lie was obviously colourful aswelj as shop lived but his name will never be forgotten. The most interesting part of this video is the story of the italian bride julia. So many women lost their lives in child birth and it must have been unbarable for her mum having dreams that her daughter may have been buried alive. Having had the body egsumed after 6years and then finding a perfectly preserved julia as if asleep, well that baffled me some what i guess we will never know how or why. Scott an incredablly interesting video you always manage to pull them out of the bag😉 an absolute banger 😎👍✌

SCOTT ON TAPE It was insane! I told my friend the story about the Bride and when we finally found it, she freaked out and didn't want to get out of the car!! We saw Frank Nitti and Dennis Farina, which was awesome! We stumbled on Dennis accidentally so that was a nice gem to find!

Just looked it up Scott, her son Filippo was stillborn. He was buried with her, when they exhumed her, his body was under her arm, but he had decayed by then.

I am now hooked on your videos, thanks for continuing to share. Regarding the preservation of that young lady, I "think" it's something to do with the soil and the coffin they are buried in. I was told a story many years ago about the grave diggers digging a grave and either accidentally puncturing a coffin the the adjoining plot or it was the same plot someone else was being buried in and the gentleman was perfectly preserved until the air got to him and his beard fell off. Sounds funny and not sure if it's true, but anyhoo, I was told it has something to do with the soil and the coffin

I love wondering around ceremony, I think there lovely places to visit, and to see the story about so many people, plus too many of us are so busy these days, we never go and visit are love one, and I think it important, it are way there never forgotten. So please more grave videos please, as I'm in UK I cant see all of these places very easily.

The water sources are for families to put in their loved ones grave vases. I used them all of the time for my grandparents who are buried here.

Okay Scott, I am jealous! I have always been fascinated with the mob. A bit of an amuture historian, as people who know me say, not my words. Lol.
I am digging the Italian accent. Back in the day, the vast majority of Italians were Catholic. That holds true for today also, but for the going to church part. Yes, even the mobsteres went to church then ordered a hit on Monday.

Great history lesson... (which I failed and had to take summer school because of it after 10th grade)....NOW I find alllllllllll history very interesting. BUT then again in my days of school it was boring stuff (or so it seemed)... another great video ... I’ve been to Chicago to before. Wow never knew al copon was buried in Chicago. How interesting. Yeah my mom told me something about that how the ground dirt is very different from other places around the world before she died. She had her mom excumped for some reason when she was younger and she looked still the same way as she was years before. My mom and brother probably still look the same as if they were buried the day before and my brother has been dead for six years and my mom almost a year now. The ground in north Dackota and Nebraska and all the way in Chicago probably has all the same consistency really soft ground that’s why people are so preserved in the ground for a long time before they rot away. Who knows their probably still preserved.

The sun is beating down on my baseball cap the air is getting hot my beer is getting flat looking for a girl I ran into a guy his name was MCA I said howdy he said hi. Dude this was a very cool video really enjoyed nitti's grave and and Capone there's a pizza joint in Chicago and I can't remember the name of it now but you should probably eat there bro was one of Capone's favorite you could find it online for sure. I also wanted to say dude if there's any chance that you could get to Harper High School in Chicago. Harper High School is he school that I've done studies in criminology at UC Davis and it's very sad what's going on at Harper High School the kids are being shot and affiliated Viper with particular gangs just by living in a particular area if this makes sense. I have known of even a social worker who was killed she basically gave her life for those students because she wanted them to succeed. Man I have seen Capone's cell at Alcatraz, you know Alcatraz is not very far from the house here maybe an hour and 15 minute drive and I'm definitely going again I've been a few times but now they've got it to where you can basically just hang out at the island for the day you want to get your ticket it's up to you when you want to come back. They also have a whole room dedicated to Richard Oaks and the Native American seizure of the island Under The Laramie Treaty of 1851.

I was so overwhelmed when they put up the room for the native American tribute. No! the Child was buried with the mother you can see under her arm where the baby was. The baby decomposed under her right arm. If you look closely her right arm looks oddly big. And there is bones there where the baby was.
