Yeah, I went straight from Zeta to Stardust Memory and honestly, I didn't even hate Nina that much, and certainly not the writers. I mean, sure it was stupid, but it didn't feel that out-of-character, especially since they really go out of their way to show how mentally worn out everyone is by the end. Trying to prevent two of the people you really care about from killing each other is one thing. Knowingly joining the side of serial-genociders to gas millions of people because people treated you like a soldier more than a woman is another.
