I would like to thank you for sharing your time and your wisdom! My name is Matthew and I lost my sight 8 years ago to diabetes. I had to pretty much stop everything I loved too do . Thank you so much for helping me see again! Well the lite any way. Thank you!
Im building my big Lincoln set and alot of people dont understand that there is 4 different sets for the formative years, zinc, full copper, satin finish, and the bronze set. I have them all and will be saving. Nice video shawn. 👍👍
Awesome video Shaun. I’m a bank sealed coin roll hoarder of all denominations/years. I have accumulated close to 20 sealed bank rolls of this fine “formative years” issue. I absolutely love these coins.
I agree. The grading has been very tight. I see some graded currency online and I am like no way. Especially with paper money. Coins sometimes is the opposite. Some look like crap and are getting mid 60s
Hope your feeling a bit better now Shawn. I had not heard or seen the 2009 Lincoln Formative year pennies until about 5 yrs ago. Since my mom really got me into collecting originally, I thought it fitting to buy a set since she passed 15 yrs ago in 2009. All the Formative year pennies I get in pocket change are beaten up and narly looking. Thanks for the info! Appreciated!
Shaun, I sent off two sets of P &D 2009 to ANACS , I was pleased with the results. The Formative years came back MS67, All the rest were MS68, except the P Early Years which Graded out MS 69. Also they are all satin finish. Does that have an affect on the value? Now what to do? Sell them as a lot? Suggestions?
I still have all my tightly sealed rolls. Having been debating about doing a bulk submission. Seems the time might be right. Always a gamble though. I know there are several top notch in those rolls but still will the get the grades I want.
Hopefully you have stuff worth grading I'm in the same boat but the big ones won't even grade a coin if it isn't valued over 5k at least pcgs and ngc are like this I am thinking of trying a different grading company wish you the best of luck
Thanks again, since our 1st consultation you have said the same over and over again. Not knowing how to grade, you will ending spending more than you believe and may not make your money back! Have to meet with again soon. Take care.
I had the set of four graded and MS70 through annex. I sent them off to great collections. . I literally got a few dollars for each one exclamation point I don't understand. Any thoughts?
If the Lincoln Cents cost So much to make..Why doesn’t the Mint Sell them in the catalog any more? They’re pricing A Lot Of New coin collectors out of starting because they can’t pay the Premium prices to simply get a single coin.

Great info as always! Thanks Shaun
Practical, common sense information to stay viable in this hobby whether collector or flipper. You present it well. Thank you

The professional penny is Lincoln standing in front of Illinois capital building
Yes sir.
Great down to earth video. Thank you!

Thanks for the video 😊

Shaun I have about 15 of them 2009 coins at least 3 sets .
I have a 2009 DDO that's Glorious. I Call it the "Lincoln Log" Coin. 😎
I have a Lincoln formative years with memorial and the guy seating on the log together on the obverse side is that rare Shaun
Hey thank you again for your professional information my regards David
Thanks to these funny little coins, I now am a coin hoarder. I didn't mean to, it just kept happening lol😅
Still have a box of unsearched rolls of these coins, guess I need to search them for errors?

I have a question why my penny 2009 the other side is normal. I dont understand

I don't see very many of them in circulation anymore.
There available full set like 10$ never touched id buy them to hold ❤only found one in change
Feel better quickly!
Great information 👍
my 2009 S Lincoln all 4 of them is silver type toning.
what is the composition? Strange toning, never heard of that, could be cool.
I’ve got a few of the 4pc sets that have toned gorgeously.
I got to the party late, as I only recently started collecting. I love the 2009 pennies. I guess I need to get even more now. ha ha
I have proof set's in plastic. Should I break them open and get them individually graded? For the 2009 Lincoln memorial set's
No it would probably be a waste of money. It would have to come back a perfect PF70 to make any money.
I still have all my tightly sealed rolls. Having been debating about doing a bulk submission. Seems the time might be right. Always a gamble though. I know there are several top notch in those rolls but still will the get the grades I want.

@@donniemedlin4217 PCGS and NGC will grade coins at any level.
I have four silver coins, the size of a silver eagle a 2009 Lincoln how much are they?
I have a set toned! 😊
Thank you for pointing out the collection of toned coins probably being artificial.

What grading company holds the highest value ?
I have several sets with errors.
Shaun I finally found a 1914 penny but it has no mint mark . Does it hold value ?
I have all of them 😊
Glad I got all 4 of my S 2009's graded and they all came back MS70
I keep every one I find, love them. Wish the US mint would do more stuff like these.
I wish the US Mint still sold Lincoln cents every year. They’ve taken A Lot away from new Coin collectors as a whole.
Wow are these really selling for a lot of money? I have a few of them !!
Hey u called the 2009s even the four set yeah?
I had the set of four graded and MS70 through annex. I sent them off to great collections. . I literally got a few dollars for each one exclamation point I don't understand. Any thoughts?
What do you think a 63 grade 2009 with memorial on back is worth?
I have hundreds of these in great condition
I have 50 of them
Yo tengo como 5 de cada uno y seben nitidos. Como nuebos
Seems like all the ones I find in the wild are pretty beat already
Hey I have an error 2009 can I email or show you? It’s second stage on a log doubledie reverse an no face!!

I keep all 2009's in decent condition.
I have them all and I couple extras

Well I engage in nice side hustles like inves'ting, and the good thing is I do it with one one of the best(Will Barton ), he's really good!
No doubts, this Will Barton must be an icon; how good is he and how safe is "profit making" with him.?

Wow, i've seen a lot of recommendation about Will Barton, is he really that good

Sean. I have a 3.1 gram copper 2009 penny that that doesn't look like a proof penny what so ever if any interest in seeing it let me know thanks
Seems impossible to get a penny weighing that much, not since 1983.
Sir I also found a steel wheat 1944 today can you please help me?
If it sticks to a magnet it's steel and you just got unbelievably lucky it's worth A LOT that is very rare
There are a million of them. It’s only valuable if in pristine condition and never in circulation. Coin shops have many, many 43 steel wheat pennies.
Sorry, I got 43 mixed up with 44. Yes, the 44 steel is very valuable.
@@Denice340 ahh understand I have a lot of 43 steel pennies as well not worth a lot but very interesting
I want to sell my 2009 penny's
👍🏽
Littleton coin get all you want
Wouldn't it be Centennial not BICENTENNIAL, 100 years.
Lincoln was born in 1809. 200 years.
@@averagelibertyenjoyer3217 I was thinking about Lincon pennies starting in 1909.
🗨🗨 Thank you for the info. I am just getting started mostly because my dad gave me 10 unopened rolls of 2009 Lincoln of all 4 prints. 🗨🗨
I have p d of all 4
