When you talked about leasing a flex commercial space regarding proper use zoning with the town/city you’re in. Who would I call to find this information out and if I want to get it switched what am I asking the city/town to switch it to or allow at that location before I sign the lease? This will be a coastal wedding venue up to 300 people. Thank you
This is a great question - whatever the title is for the person in charge of “economic development” should have information for you! In the areas that I am in the person has a different title and some of the different cities and counties we are nearby, but it’s generally someone who is in charge of economic development my experience.
