I feel like this is a backwards approach if what you're looking for is a "better" version of McD's. For starters, the taste itself isn't really a part of the goal for McD's. They're more about consistency and price... but we'll forget about that. I think if you want to get really scientific about it, you have to figure out which ingredients and or methods contribute the most to that recognizable McDonald's taste, and then work on improving the flavor as much as you can while retaining the core essence of McD's. I eventually abandoned my "research", but by way of example: I found some of the key things were the dehydrated onions, the ratio and distribution of condiments, and incorporating a period of rest in a wrapper to steam after cooking. I have very strong opinions on burgers, fight me.
I was looking On the Chicago Subreddit (and a few other places including TH-cam search) Under a post listing Chicago creators, feeling so disappointed, The answers made me think maybe I was living in a youtuber desert, Based on the fact there were some people listed there who only had a few 1000 subscribers. I really think that there are a lot of fun and topical references that you could get from a TH-camr, A lot of places that you could explore in Chicago, Experiences and cultures that you can speak from, And I can't believe you weren't listed! Yes! I want to hear you talk about places that I could feasibly go to or may have already been!
You deserve so much more support I'm confused on the burger matrix I think the value category should be an exact dollar value and the quality be subjective because is -value less money or more money it could be less money effort for this video was really really good I also think that you could've added more images the majority of this was great but like with there drawings of graphs that could've been an image in that 3d modeling thing that you had for the patty maker shallow water pool thing also the mic quality could be slightly better but generally you cant do that withought more money and honestly audio was still very good other than these things I think the intro could seem less scripted like an essay or just less scripted in general it seems like you are reading a script and could be more fluent but like I said before this was rly entertaining and undervalued
Macdonalds already has the capacity to make good buns and good meat, but they only ever use them in limited special burgers ;.; Speaking of my local (Swiss) McDonalds. I have no clue how much difference there is between ours and the US MCD
in Chicago we have their Hamburger University that sells an embarrassingly small assortment of international McDonalds foods. There was one - I think it was canadian - that was just a chicken sandwich with the addition of frenched onions and mushrooms and it was so, so good! I don't know why they don't think that would sell here in the states. I assume they've done oodles of research, but international McDonalds prove that they do, indeed, have the tools to do it.
"they are not bad" my god last time I even botherd with Mcs was after a burger king that actually has salad on it and better meat, fuck Mc pails in comparison.
Brother, you need better thumbnails and video titles. Your video is really good, but I'd expect it to be extremely bad by looking at thumbnail and title. It's like a 1000 dollar burger wrapped up in a cheap plastic bag. Make it clear what the topic of the video is, example: "Upgrading 1 star burger to 5 star burger" (with the captivating thumbnail), or "Turning 1 dollar burger to 1000 dollar burger". Your current title is so complicated it's making my head explode. I swear this video is really good, but just like the burger in the video, it's missing some key condiments. You have unfilled potential.
Pickles!
It took me so long to notice this video doesn’t have few hundred thousand views, I just assumed it naturally. So underrated.
this actually feels like the real post modernism content I needed for my recommended and I'm loving it.
you are one of the last bastion's of old youtube. Keep doing your thing man. Thanks
Burger Matrix is the only matrix I am not looking to escape. Another excellent adventure in the Test Kitchen!

Couldn’t the new meat be thinner? I feel like that would solve a lot of the issues of the other components not being big enough
