Homemade Apple Bread | Egg-Milk-Butter-Free

  • ‪@VrouwOlle‬ Super moist, soft and tender sweet apple bread. It needs no frosting.
    Vegetarian recipe.
    This dough is heavy. It needs a raising power (agents) to grow. That’s why You must use both - baking powder and baking soda in this recipe.
    Making this bread is easy, but baking time is long 55-60 min, 180 (C) = 350 (F) + about 10 min to preheat the oven to 180 (C) before baking.
    I didn’t peel apples before grating.
    My oven bakes this bread 57 min.
    For this recipe I use a baking tin 30 cm x 11 cm.
    Line your tin with parchment paper before baking.
    And let this Apple Bread rest after baking till tomorrow or at least a few hours. It tastes better the next day (to my personal taste). I can say even it tastes fantastic.
    Ingredients (enough for the whole family, it is a large loaf bread):
    all-purpose flour 200g =1 ½ cup*
    a little bit of salt 1g
    baking powder 8g
    baking soda 2g
    apples 300g (2 medium)
    cranberries dried and sugared 3 tablespoons = 50g (You can use raisins, sultanas or other dried fruits)
    nuts ground or chopped 3 tablespoons = 50g (any nuts) for this video I used mix of walnuts and almond
    a little bit of nutmeg
    much of cinnamon (1 teaspoon)
    sugar ½ cup = 100g
    sunflower oil 100 ml
    *a cup 250ml
