FYI for any user of Viofo Dashcams: make sure to update the firmware via the sd card (not sure if the fancy model can do it Ota). This fixes weird glitches on the A129 at least :) And use a high endurance cards. My non endurance SanDisk 128GB was toast after 6Months of recording.
A well taken care of vehicle will very much do twice that. As long as common issues are addressed, maintenance schedule followed, etc. failures are few and far between. Na Duratec based engines are extremely solid.
I love when you do product reviews. I bought the Gooloo jump starter and it has been great. I have used it to jump start my Pontiac G6 which has had a drain on the battery , my 91 Caprice Wagon when it has sit too long between starts and my 73 Chevelle. Great video always like when your " favorite hack" is in the video. Best of luck with the Lincoln, nice looking vehicle.
@@GrimesGarage I agree and light weight. I do have a Centertech from Harbor Freight. It is my 2nd, first one died. It is a bit bulky . The Gooloo is much easier to use.

I've got the same engine in my 2014 Mazda CX-9 here in Australia. The only thing I've had to do to it is replace a fuel injector. Wasn't too bad to do for a novice like myself.
Hello Jake, I'll put this question here on your latest video and hope you can answer. When you added the Atoto to your Park Avenue, I noticed that your chime still worked for "key in ignition". and you only referenced the Metra basic harness for the upgrade. Am I missing something? It usually takes a $100 plus harness for the chimes to work. I know Atoto has built in electronics for the resistive GM steering wheel controls. My P.A. is a 2003 with 53000 miles and it is crying for an Atoto. Thanks
It was pretty much plug and play for me. I dont believe i ever got the steering wheel controls properly working though, nor could they control the HVAC
There are 2 wires in the factory harness called swc (steering wheel control). You would have to take the dash apart again and wire 2 extra wires into the harness that came with the Atoto kit and and match them up with the factory pin out numbers. The Atoto has software built in to assign the steering wheel buttons. Thanks for responding.@@100PercentJake
If you get a year out of those, your lucky. My wife's AI high tech (Rexin) lasted less than a year and it cost my $239. The one I purchased 6 years ago,(Apmen) cost me $209 and still works.

My 1990 Volvo 240 is just coming up to 400,000 miles. Runs like a Swiss watch. Even the original automatic gearbox is working perfectly.

Our nocos here at omega failed after a year and I had wizard buy a pair of gooloo packs based on my experience with Jake’s. They’re great!
