I think you're misunderstanding something that is crucial and that is that, for the most part, individuals in an uber are not looking to be hit on. They're trapped in a car ride for 'X' amount of minutes and considering the possibility that they are not interested - it would make for an extremely uncomfortable ride. It's unprofessional and it's against Uber's terms of service for driver conduct and you will face consequences if reported. If this flirtatious behavior stems from the passenger(s) it is one thing and what I was referencing in my previous posts to is a situation where the driver is the one to go off and show an interest in the passenger.

I use to be an Uber driver. Back when Uber started in Phila. There was only about 7-10 of us on day 1 and I was the only one that was a 25 yr old guy. The amount of ass I got was ridiculous. It’s a great ice breaker.
