My social anxiety has nothing to do with whether I screw up or not. But then I guess I've never really screwed up bad while in public, not counting stuff I used to do on purpose with my friends to make strangers wonder what kind of drugs I was on, lol. My social anxiety is dreading just being in public with people around, I do all my shopping around 2am so there is very few people, if I have to go to an event or shopping with family I have to try to isolate myself or go to the car if too many people start crowding, etc... It seems to get worse by the year, I don't hang out with my friends anymore, my stress level and heart pressure sky rocket when I'm in public occupied places. I start sweating real bad and my heart beats faster. I mostly only be around my immediate family or be a shut in now.
