OxeFit updates & Answering Comments

The oxefit xs1 gets a software update and this does fix the exercise library bug. I will be looking for more changes as I use the oxefit this week.
Oxefit service team will be out to change the shackle causing the noise issue that I discovered.
I answer the question about the seated row and the foot plate. I give ideas and suggestions for a work around but in the end I do not think it is a great issue to worry about.
We get the exact measurements of the oxefit folded and unfolded for another viewer. Hope this helps!
The extended warranty will be purchased: the 2yr is $625 plus the 1 year included for total of 3 years. The 4 yr is $1000 plus the 1 year for total of 5yrs

Seems like a cool thing for lifting and such. I guess Im always concerned how long are these companies going to be around and how long will they support the product. I want one but that makes me nervous.

They offer extended warranty so that helps…but that was one of my concerns as well…I don’t think this technology is going away…I think it will just get smarter

@@scottmcclain2918 yeah if they start selling upgrade components in the next year I’ll start thinking they will be ok for sure. It’s built to be adaptable. So upgrade pulleys, software, etc…. Such good high margin type stuff you can be pretty sure they will last. The companies that make throw away stuff I’m more concerned about. I build all sorts of aux products for different systems some contracted some not but margin on the aux and upgrades is generally 5x-10x vs say 2x-3x on initial machine not including development cost. We will see how it goes I think the oxe fit looks like a beefy setup I would choose this one also. If you update as you go I might get impatient and buy it.

I’m so frustrated by all their marketing for “Pilates” yet a complete lack of videos or anything showing any of the Pilates equipment or functionality. Did you get the peak package? And if so, can you make a video showing it?

No I did not get the peak package…I’m not interested in Pilates. However, I did see some video coming out for Pilates

what safety features does it have, for example if you load too much weight while doing a bench press and you can't get the bar back up ??
