- Graduation day yall!!! This is the day we take all that hard work you’ve been putting in and start to flow. We still have million combinations to learn, and we will...in time. Now, we learn to feel connected to the drum. Listen to me talking as you drum, get your mind out of the way, relax your stance, set your shoulders down and let your hands and arms begin to flow. I feel like I've cheated.. I simply am incapable of doing the downward & outward elbow, so I've had to skip it.. Oh, I come back to it now again to revive my frustration with it, but I just don't possess the ability to grasp it.
