6 months before I met with ankle sprain while playing cricket, still pain, some times inflammation too when running fast , I already consult dr. Even MRI done ✅ & that seems bone marrow oedema . Dr told me it’s tenderness @ anterolateral impact of talus What to do ? Plz suggest

Are cramps between the heel and calf muscle normal? Sprained my ankle, swelling for four weeks and still can't walk on it.
That is not a question for the internet. Is it is not like before the sprain it is not normal.
