Nice video, though I thought I’d point out, creatures don’t get to automatically roll to escape a grapple at the end of each of their turns, they have to use their action to attempt to escape

    UNARMED FIGHTING
Your unarmed strikes can deal bludgeoning damage
equal to ld6 + your Strength modifier on a hit. If you
aren't wielding any weapons or a shield when you
make the attack roll, the d6 becomes a d8.
At the start of each of your turns, you can deal
ld4 bludgeoning damage to one creature grap-
    pled by you...

That's the Tasha's rules not the Unearthed Arcana rules. To be fair to you though most tables use the most recent mechanics of something as the correct ones which in this case is Tasha's.

Great looking build is there any other monastic tradition other than long death I could use. I don't have the S.C.A.G

I tried to run this recently. But i found going Fighter/Barb/Rogue to be more effective in the long run.
    I used point buy.
Variant Human, taking Tough because I am the party sponge.
Lv1 fighter (proficient with pretty much everything, unarmed fighting style)
Lv2-5 barbarian (bear totem, unarmored defense, adv on Dex saves, Resilient: Wisdom feat at 4)
Lv6-8 fighter (Took Battlemaster to add 1d8 to grapples, ASI gets Dex to 14)
Lv9 rogue (expertise in Athletics. With a 16 strength, your base grapple is 1d20+1d8+11.) The oldest of dragons get a +10.
