Hi, May I ask if you cook any dish on the scene while attending the technical interview? I heard from an agent who said you will have to cook a dish. But some other people say no need? And about the plan and cost menu. Do you send the menu to TRA before attending interview? Thank you!

I attended interview two times, they didn't ask.my friends done recently and was not asked as well. But they mentioned that we should know the basics like. How much v spent on ingredients In that how much wastage. How many yield or portion. How much v selling it like in what price and in that after wastage and purchase price .how much profit. Rough calculation. This is roughly I said ,you can google the basics food cost in Google and use those terms for exam ,if get asked
