I love this movie! I watched your short films for this journey and you did a fantastic job putting it into a movie! I will be watching this again this winter when I need a pick me up from winter blues. Your work is poetry and Julianna is a participant who adds positive vibes. She is a partner, trooper and great inspiration! You are too Roland! 👏👏👏
Fantastic!!! Thanks so much for sharing your journey in this format. Like others have commented, I have had the pleasure of viewing some of your videos about this epic journey. Man, you guys really endured a lot of upset and downs. That what doesn't kill you makes you stronger!!! Kudos to the both of you. This also is a real gem of a resource for those of us who aspire to make this epic crossing!! Thank you, again, you guys are truly inspiring. Such magnificent attitudes. I hope life finds the two of you well and planning your next adventure!! ✌🏼, Rob
I remember watching each episode of this tour, particularly the Midwest segments as I rode those same trails in the past. What an amazing accomplishment this was for you two.
It was truly an epic experience for us. The midwest has such a deep place ion both our hearts, and it was a highlight of the trip for sure. Thanks for watching, we so appreciate being able to share this.
Already watched most of this in the various separate videos, but will watch again from our AirBnB in Aigues-Mordes where we are researching our own Tour De France next year inspired by your French tour. Thank you for inspiring and entertaining us !!
Wow! What a great adventure and congrats in the quality of the video. My wife and I did a similar trip in 2021 as well, 3700 miles from Astoria, OR to Sheebrooke, Qc Canada from June 5th through August 31st. We used the TA route through Yellowstone, then our own route through WY, SD to LeMars, IA for a week of Ragbrai, then up through WI, MI, OH, NY on the Erie Canal trail, then upper NY, Vt and into Canada. We also had a TH-cam (Dan & Louise's ride across America), so I know the effort you put into telling the story. We just came back from our 2024 adventure, riding through Europe for 4 months, 10 countries and 3,100 miles. LD cycling is an incredible way to experience life. Thanks for sharing !
I will have to check out your channel. You're right, long distance touring is the best way to see the world. 2024 was a tough year for us for a variety of reasons, we hope 2025 will make up for it!
Hello from England, watched the whole thing from end to end and it's such a brilliantly put together film. The scenery and the trail angels and just the whole thing was amazing. All the best to you guys, stay safe and next time don't make it so short, only 2 1/2 hours, make it 5 hrs next time please !
Thank you so much for the kind words. If it helps, we had already posted the trip in 36 chapters, each some 15-25 minutes long, so there's a lot more to see!
Thank you! We certainly don't have the cycling infrastructure of, say, western Europe but if you look hard there are great routes in many parts of the country. You just won't find much in the places where there are no people.

Thanks Teryl, I couldn't ask for a better partner than Julianna, in all ways! So glad you enjoyed this!
Looking forward to finish this, loved watching it once twice will be just as awesome
Thanks Dennis! Appreciate you!
Great movie and great trip! Your style of touring with camping, hotels and taking time to have nice meals is great.
We are fortunate to be able to do this! For us, it's the perfect cocktail of adventure and luxury.
Enjoying every mile of this. Quite a masterpiece of cycling and video production. Music is perfect BTW.
Thank you Scott. glad you enjoyed!
Très long trail avec des paysages variés à travers l'Amérique profonde. Merci d'avoir pédalé pour nous 🚴
It has been our pleasure, Michel! The varied landscapes I think were what made this journey so memorable.
