I loved your video and your cats . Only a speech therapist like you can have cats and truly understand them .
Talking to my hubby about joining your program . Greetings for LA 😀

How do you get a child to focus without eye contact so that they can learn.

My son is 22 months (7weeks premature), he doesn't respond to his name. But he hums songs so I know it's not his hearing. His eye contact is good, I try to go at his speed. Free resources in my country unfortunately the next available appointment is in 2025

Good information to learn. Thank you. Please do not refer children to the name "kid". A kid is a baby goat.

Of all the valuable free information he has given is that the main thing you can point out?

@@ANZAHORGANICS YES. the word, "KID" (child) and the word, "NANNY" (female childcare helper) is said in some circles as a put down. As I am certain this is not the intention of this wonderful man; it is so commonly used. If your child is unruly in school YOUR CHILD IS REFERRED TO AS BEING A KID. Some children are called KIDS bcs they are NOT Caucasian. This became common practice in the 70's and it is not respectful. Children are human. Kids are animals.

As he is obviously from a bilingual family, as I am also, he uses the word that he has heard.
No need to put him down for it. We are no longer in the 70's many words have changed their meaning and that is progressing with times. We don't have to be so stale!
Obviously he has no intention to be mean or to get into racist disputes.
