Great find guys. I have often wondered how these places end up being abandoned, but just this morning a close friend shared a story with me about her cousin. She inherited the family home, built when her parents married. None of her siblings are now alive. This home has been abandoned for at least 7 or 8 years, maybe longer, because she doesn't have the heart to go through the family history. So there, I assume, it will sit until it rots unless her children decide someday to do something about it. It is really sad to think that all those things people worked hard to get are now left basically to the elements or to vandals. It's really tragic. It especially saddens me that in some of these places so many books are left. I love books, particularly old books. It seems that there should be some way these things could be preserved so they don't just rot and disappear. Thanks for sharing this beautiful old home.
My God, this place is Simply Amazing. I have found some decently left places over the years, but I've never found anything even remotely as beautiful or nice as this. This place is an absolute gem. She must have passed away and had no family, probably donated the house to the church and maybe it was forgotten, maybe the church closed, who knows why but it is simply an amazing find.

Such a quaint older home,lots of antique furniture left behind. Just hate to see these homes,reminiscent of their past life,and now their belongings just left alone, never to see life into this beautiful home again.So many abandonded homes and mansions in Belgium🇧🇪 and the UK that the past can be brought to life,even its just for a few minutes through TH-cam explorers. Many thanks for sharing all these locations to us here in the U.S that otherwise we would never have seen.😘🤗👍💛💚💜

Another perfect video Maureno! I missed Remon but was glad to see you with a bunch of my other explorers. I love you boys so much. I live in US so we don't really have sites like this but when I was a kid/teenager my dad and I used to go up in the Rocky Mountains in Colorado where I live and check out what we call ghost towns, abandoned mining towns from the old wild west. That is about as old as it gets in the West of the US. I really understand where you get your love and passion for this. I have only been to Europe once, with my dad of course for his 80th birthday. Almost our whole family went. I have talked about my dad in other comments, the world traveler who was a pioneer in aviation engineering. I was just blown away by the history all around me. Never stop with your attention to detail, that and your and Remon's narration is what makes Explomo my favorite. I can't believe this house, it just took my breath away. I could just picture living in it like it used to be. I always think that the antiques should be rescued right before it completely falls down and it is all lost to future generations. I know it doesn't all fall at once and how would you know it was time. Just wishful thinking. I better stop before you boys block me for all my super long comments.

Hi guys! The “compass” was used to adjust an outside TV antenna. You could turn the antenna electrically to get a better reception for local channels. Great video!

Its so wrong to leave some of the antiques in there. The prams some of the clothes and ornaments should go to museums or sold and the money given to charitable organisations.
As you say, very soon the whole house will collapse.

Marino I know u like to learn so I thought I would let u know back in history those that were Catholic would force there oldest daughter to become a nun.they had no choice.I'm thinking that the nuns real life sister was the 1 who lived here & married then had children.Nuns never married because they were married to GOD & because of there family they never left.they traveled & visited there family & relatives.I know this because my Grandmother's sister was a nun & she would visit us with her sister.my Grandmother died in 1958 at age 56 from breast cancer her 2 sisters would visit our family.they were from Canada & we lived in Vermont,US they only spoke french.I remember them vaguely from my childhood.I love this explore its so amazing to see so much untouched but also so sad.thanks for bringing us along .I have missed Romero in the last few videos & can't wait for more videos of u both together & I'm hoping to see u both with Steve Ronin again & Bros of Decay.I love the videos with these guys.thanks for another amazing video & I can't wait till the next :-)

Hi Maureno, Explomo, That was such a great video. I had the impression, looking into a complete time capsule. Some of the still
preserved rooms looked like frozen in time. I loved all these small items, you were showing more closely. It is really a gem, as you said.
A lot of the furniture looked very much like prewar antiques. - On the other hand there is also some kind of a sad vibe around this
place, especially because of the very massive natural decay. - But despite of that I could see through your eyes somehow the beauty
in the decay. - I loved once again your lovely way of commenting what you see. You have such a deeply compassionate and respectful
attitude. - Very touching and amazing! - I think, it's a such a pity everything is just rotting and decaying there. It would be certainly worth
preserving these rooms with their contents in a museum. - Once more it was great fun to see Josh and the other explorers at your side.

Taką Panią pamiętam wygląda jak moja Babcia .. podobnie się ubierała..w latach sześćdziesiątych miała już 80 lat..też miała takie fartuchy w koło pasa zależy co robiła ubierała inny ..do pieczenia chleba zawsze miała biały.. miała koczek z długich włosów i chustkę obowiązkowo na głowie ..pozdrawiam z Polski ..

Awesome exploring....love looking at places like this, and you such a great job. I get really kind of emotional watching vids like this because. Thinking and wondering about the people who lived there...their lives and story, and to see their hard earned treasures just rotting and decaying into nothing, so sad a museum of some sort could not be established to some how allow their memory to keep living. Thanks for not turning it into a paranormal junkey video and running it. Loved the music you chose to put in the video just brought it all togeather

I think it was one of there family ancestor there great great aunt or something like that. This house was passed on by the family until the recent family members wanted something modern or in the city.
You show what looks like a husband and wife, but, if she was a nun, perhaps, she moved in with her brother upon retirement. I really don't think she would marry at an older age. Just thinking...
