i fucking love this guys energy……he's a part of a massive global band but this is really were his heart is….you know that right.. ??…. Love LB BTW……just saying.
Yeah I doubt he will do black light burns anymore though....I believe he lost a ton of money going on tour and promo. Such a shame.....what a talent he is.
+oz morsley Oh man couldn't agree more, plus they had a hard time with the labels at first making their music more catchy to standard people (wich Wes didnt like). I hope we get to see a new project of his eventually but seems like well wait a while if ever...
There is a region in Western Asia situated within the Tigris-Euphrates river system, in the northern part of the Fertile Crescent who named themselves after this very song. It occupies the area of present-day Iraq and Kuwait, and parts of Iran, Syria, and Turkey. \,,/,

The Laughing Mystic hey baby Loner isn't in this video. he played drums on first album but Marshall kilpatric! replaced Loner for the tour and ended up joining permanently. btw Marshall is probably the best drummer ever look up the esoteric deadboy and the elephant man today is the day and crisis and kyle SA. ever since Marshall left the band. they aren't as exciting. or cool Marshall had style the new members are peanuts.
@@cashhann1119 No, Josh Freese (NIN, A Perfect Circle) played drums on the Cruel Melody album. Danny Lohner played bass and guitar on some tracks as well as doing programming and producing the album. Wes Borland wanted Danny Lohner to stay on for the live band tour but he couldn't due to other commitments. Lohner does appear in some early band photos.
Sounds like "queens of the stone Age" Go Wes U da man, I've been listening for over 20 years now and it never gets old
I think it's got a lot more Eagles of death metal to it, but yeah hear the QOTSA too
Ahhh brings back fond memories, it was very cool getting to play with these guys and share the stage with them.
Thank you for helping me though high school and now :) ❤❤❤.
What a legendary album... treasure
To this day, every time I hear or say Mesopotamia I think of it as Wes sings it here.

Same
MESSUHPUHTAMEEUH!!!

Literally why I'm here tonight 😂
wes borland needs a wes borland as guitarrist o.O
Well.. There was a time when this song and the album "Cruel Melody" inspired me for my own creative work... *THANK YOU GUYS*
Great guys in person...awesome energy on stage. Love me some, Wes Borland.
That drummer....what a power house. This song is so original! It's kind of haunting. Can't watch just once
Found this band from watching Underworld. Especially the scene in the car when speedman transformed into wolf/lycan. Took some investigating.
reminds me a lot of QOTSA for half of the song before morphing at the end
Saw them with Sevendust! Brilliant album.
i see you put a lot of time and effort into this music and the videos, wes. all i have to say is, "cool."
Is "SUPER-COOL"
This has a QOTSA tone to it and i love it!

+oz morsley Yea completely, hes just making more money at LB. I found Gold cobra album to be great until i heard Fred wich is a shame.

🔥🔥🔥🔥
This album is up there with purple, the wall, dark side of the moon...
Sooooo much better than the Bizkit 🤘🔥🤘
We need Wes and Death Grips to do a collab!
It's not a music video. it's a compilation of footage from the anvil pants DVD.
awesome song and vid ;)
I have an old cd from dis album
That stupid beer commercial brought me back to this gem
All of "black light burns" songs were made to have sex to.
This one is no different.
Why did you do that?

he was in Nine Inch Nails. does that count?
nine borland nails?
funny that no matter how many of these videos i watch, the viewers cant tell the difference between Lohner and Borland.

the drummer looks like he's belongs in Marilyn Manson's band......
skeleman1963 yes he does!!! lol. and trust that drummer would love to jam in Manson's band. it will be happening in the next year
hmmm)))))))))))))))..................
Proficient but lacking anything original that makes it stand out or stick.
Fucking hate clean versions
Awesome song, but the video sucks =|
Sounds like Marilyn Manson to me.
