I dont think it's very happy with it's life. You could just let that husky live indoors with you because my dog lives with me indoors and it seems really happy. I don't think your dog wants to be in the heat, rain, and cold. Please don't chain your dog up, it might think of it as a punishment.

Dogs like Colt are the total reason that I support the well-known CCI. We rely on dogs to be our comforters buddies, family members but in return they ask for so little. I hope that more people will learn to respect and understand the role of service animals.
