Zeppole wow what a decadent divine and delicious recipe. I love Year’s detail on everything from the Dough through that star piping bag all the way through that delicious custard in the middle and on top. I’m definitely a fan of pistachios so I would love that flavor
Chef Sally, I saw your video of 21 questions with Chef Sally and loved that video. You are so professional and full of knowledge🤗. Thank you for showing this amazing recipe with easy step by step instructions. I hope I can make these one day!
Much fancier than what my grandma used to make. I’m not sure what dough she made, it was kind of beignet-like if I remember correctly. She may have actually just fried left over bread or pizza dough and then covered it with powdered sugar. We always loved it, but I’d definitely be excited to try your (I’m sure more official and correct) version 😀
Hello friend! As expected, your zepploe recipe looks so delicious today!!!! Thank you so much for always sharing delicious recipes! I'm learning your recipe so well today! I'll look forward to your good videos! Have a nice day!
Absolutely awesome job on these! So perfect and traditional for the Feast of San Giuseppe.. It's been so long since we have made these! You rock Chef Sally and yes we want to see the homemade Vanilla extract! Another wonderful episode 🥂
Chef Sally funny I use the pate a choux dough to make my ham croquettes. And I love you making these little Italian fritters. Nice tip with the turning the zeppole while cutting . Really nice chef I’m having my coffee right now- and yes they would go great with it.

Well, I thought it was a baked dough, I was surprised it was fried, it reminds me of the dough of fritters, it has to be very juicy 👌
Yes, zeppole al forno is the baked version. Both versions are good but I like the fried one a little bit more :)
