Hoping that our experience might help and serve as your guide on your 1st Preventive Maintenance Service. Our KIA SOLUTO | EX A/T has a mileage of 6000 during our first PMS but no penalty added. PMS is like a periodical check-up. It is best to know minimal damage at the earliest stage before getting it worst.

Sa Toyota, libre ang change oil ng VIOS XLE ko hanggang 20,000 kms. Very efficient ang services and so impressive lalo na ang safety measures ng TOYOTA VIOS XLE.

None at the moment po. We are at 60k mil

soluto 2020 clutch, Clutch master cylinder, broken only lasts 20 thousand km gear lever very hard.
Sa mga nag tatanong po bakit diesel oil ang nailagay sa kia soluto ni madam.. ok lang po un ang pinag babasihan po is ung API rating ng langis.. kung titignan po ninyo ung API rating nya nakalagay is API CI-4 and SL.
Ung letter C po ibig sahin Diesel engine oil.. kapa letter S naman Gasoline engine oil. so dual purpose po xa Diesel and Gasoline engine oil po ginamit sa soluto ni madam..
Only problem is API SL nakalagay ibigsahin ung quality ng oil is mababa.. and SL oil category is pang 2004 below engine model xa.. sana hnd talaga yan ang nilagay..
Based naman po sa API oil quality para sa mga Gasoline engine API SN ang pinaka latest at may pinaka magandang quality ng Gasoline engine oil.. ung mga oil na binebenta po halos ngayon is dual purpose na.. Diesel and Gasoline engine oil na sila..

Hmm. Bakit diesel engine oil yung nilagay? Di naman po diesel yan? Itanong nyo po sa management bakit ganyan yung oil na nilagay nila.
Hi sir. We're done with our 2nd PMS. We have asked KIA Pasig about the concerns of putting diesel oil instead of gasoline engine oil. They told us that they stored the oil in a tank so probably it was just a container and they have used proper oil for the gasoline engine. :) Thank you! :)
Next time mam wag kayo pumayag na inililipat yung oil sa ibang containers and dapat po kc sealed yan kc binili nyo din yung oil as bnew parang softdrinks ng tao. Di ba di nman po natin bbilhin kung bawas na or bukas na. Just my two cents. 😉

gulat din ako bro eh diesel engine oil for gas..anyway as per maam Daline dun lang nilagay yung oil since yung kia gumagamit sila ng container oil as (bulk).pero dapat hindi nilalagay sa ganyang container.just saying
@@tarzanchitae9441 yes bro, chaka di naman dapat ilipat lipat yung oil sa mga lagayan. Pwede din macontaminate yun inilagay. Chaka she paid for the service so dapat bago yung ilagay. Hindi yung kung saan galing na container. And pwede din sila magkamali na diesel naman pala tlaga un nasa container napagpalit2 lang. Magkakaparehas lang ang oil eh. Di mo naman malalaman kung ano ang diesel sa hindi. Hahaha.

All dealerships will void your warranty for any change to the car. It's in their benefit to void you. Just the way it is.
Yes, definitely. It is advisable to follow their instructions or consult first if you wish to change anything to your car.

Sorry for late reply. 1yr 8mos na po Soluto namin. Pasig to Alabang everyday, Longdrive to Bicol and Baguio, 20,000 mileage. No problem so far :)

@@DalineWanderer dito sa zamboanga wala pa rn pgbabago, bago lng ako ngpachange oil ulit nung dec.28, 2020, tpos ordinary oil lng gamit, hindi pa synthetic... Mas ok casa dyan kaysa dito maam.
1st PMS bakit may Bayad? di ba dapat covered ng warranty maintenance ni KIA yan?
Labor po ang free sa first PMS pero yong change oil and etc may bayad pp. tska Major parts po ang nasa warranty. 😊

DycE29 okay naman po byahe bicol, baguio tapos araw araw pasig to alabang. Di na masyado ramdam ang knocking sound kapag 95 octane ang gas😊
@@DalineWanderer thank you sumali ako sa soluto club sa FB dami ko na encounter na issue regarding dun sa parang lata sound daw pag mabilis ang takbo, sa gas lang daw po ba talaga yun?
@@lyrad4584 Knocking sounds po tawag nila don. Sabi sa KIA Pasig, gamitin daw ang pure 95 octane. Wala sila ibang sinabi about diyan. Babalik na ulit kami para sa 10k PMS, mag inquire ulit kami.
Mam, kaya pala may engine knocking, kasi hindi yan nka design sa engine mo oil nilagay nila, masisira yan in the long run, 5w30 gamitin mo kayo po bumili ingat sa peke

@@DalineWanderer diesel oil is more viscous, much thicker than gasoline.engine oil, makong your.engine hotter. You can also ask the mechanic supervisor sa Kia Pasig kung bakit pang Diesel yung ginamit nya. Make your research as well. @@DalineWanderer thanks for letting me know. BTW if you have the option to bring EngineOil, why not buy it in Shell Gasoline stations. They can advise you on what engine oil is best suited for your car. God bless.
