In other countries the rule of thumb for most vehicles is 3000 miles or 3 months, which ever comes first, it may vary if synthetic oil is used. na sa sa inyo na po yan, indi ko alam kung anong pinagka iba ng oil nila dito sa pinas at sa ibang bansa. And i follow that rule, i have 98 nissan sentra, engine still fine, most of the issue is yung pang ilalim kalampag. Kasi sa old age ng vehicle.
Atleast car owners has two option on where to have their car serviced. When I bought my van, I only have it serviced 4 or 5 times sa casa. The van has nearly 200k km logged and still runs perfect, can go to bicol anytime. I personally maintain it.
Be wary of casa/dealers having sub-contractors running their service departments. Technicians that are not regular employees of car dealers usually do not have manufacturers' training for newer brand models. That's why major vehicle warranty repairs are sent to the distributor if the lemon law applies on a particular customer warranty claim. Just saying....
If the price difference is not that big, stick pa rin sa casa.
😂😂light, medium and heavy 😂😂😂. cno nag pa uso ng raket na yan, hanga ako. BASAHIN ang maintenance skedule sa owners manual at di nio makikita light medium and heavy 😂😂😂
Tito Ryan, believer ako noon sa "casa maintained" for that peace of mind hanggang sa tinolongges ako ng isang casa sa may QC, nagpa-40k PMS ako which is "change all fluids and filters". I was a happy customer hanggang sa about 5k kms after the said PMS, napansin ko mahina na ang brakes, since may byahe ako that day and it was a Sunday, pinacheck ko sa reputable shop ng isang tropa and nadiscover namin na hindi pinalitan ang brake fluid, ATF, Diff fluid, rad coolant, and air filter pero pinabayaran sa akin at nireplace daw according to the receipt na binigay ng casa.
Ever since kasi CASA ako, but when they recommended something that was too early to replace (Gets na preventive but its way too early talaga to replace, I'm referring to my clutch with 80km and I rarely even touch the clutch) nagtry na ako sa mga Talyer with the same capability ng CASA (had proper tools arranged, clean area, and a known youtuber mechanic). So I had my oil changed sa Talyer na yun, they had the proper tools to change the oil filter. You know what nasira yung tools nila kasi over-torqued yung ginawa sa CASA. Not saying you are wrong but my point is that the CASA is defined by their mechanic, kahit maraming procedures to reduce mechanic stupidity magkakaroon pa rin talaga masasamang damo. Also, yung preventive world could be abused. That happened to me, pinalitan shock assembly ko and after a few months, I was hearing the same knocking sound after a hump. I searched and found may certain alignment pala specific to a car. Also, I learned na maraming shops na fake yun alignment. Hahanap ka ng shops na may computer with data of proper camber and toe alignment for that specific car. So I had mine aligned to the same reputable shop that changed my oil filter. Pag-alis ko parang bago yun car. Kasing tahimik ng parang bagong Honda city 2022 (my parents bought one and I was able to compare). Going back to CASA, I wondered bakit hindi nila nainisip e-align ang wheels? As aclient who has no interest in cars, kawawa kasi they expect their CASA to make their cars run properly pero a basic alignment wasn't even suggested to me at that time. So thats my story, sharing lang because a CASA could mess up like the one you see sa Talyer. I guess there are no other way but to educate yourself talaga. Read and confirm if tama binasa mo or else forever ka maloloko bawat pagawa.
Hahaha may follow up video ako about this. Yes i agree with u. Dapat talaga u educate yourself. Bottomline kasi when u do pms sa casa, theres warranty. And pms is not change oil only.
@@officialrealryan balikan ko lang to sir since nagrereply ka haha, i've watched your saan ka magpapagawa ng kotse? and CASA Horror stories. Question, if out of warranty CASA pa rin ba?
Not all car dealer is doing the standard preventive maintenance here in our country not like in the middle East that the dealer follows the SOP of the car manufacturer
Very informative. Big thanks tlaga! 😊👍
People often feel casa overcharge people..like tune up change oil, sabi sa Gas stations wala naman adjustment yan, when you ask Casa, ganun din sinasabi , wala naman adjustemnt, pero bkt pag labas nag casa tahimik makina at malaks humatak kesa nagpa change oil sa gas station. I feel it in my Honda n Innova, iba talaga timpla ng makina pag labas ng Casa eh.
Maganda sa casa the mechanic have seminars n training how to handle 2022 models. Unlike sa outside shop that claim "ex Toyota /honda mechanic" or Ex Saudi , sus ginoo, yun pala year 2000 papala nag trabaho sa Casa..wag paloko, di rin namna sila mura, usually only slightly cheaper
Ganito yan, mas mahal mas worth it, mas mura, makakamura ka pero not long term. Invest always in LONG TERM :))) may peace of mind tayo, dun tayo sa expert not sa mga tabi tabi lang.
Funny thing here is. Everything that he mentioned are all but basic things on how to inspect a brand new car, should be, but not quite what's happening on the actual circumstances. Infact all these things Can be done at home. Mechanic's inside Cassa are somehow newly trained from Tesda, doing the basic routinely pms. The one's that are highly trained & experiences does the more technical analysis part in dealing with Serious issues, iilan lang sa cassa employed. Better invest on knowledge, skills and tools to learn everything on your own, rather than rely and call on mechanic's or shops for some simplier maintenance task, on a BNcar. Thing's like being mentioned such as Engine oils, break system clean/change pads/rotors/ drums/ disc, fluid top ups, torquing bolts, and other visual & physical inspections. There are tons of resources that can be researched nowadays online. Then a bit of reading the car manual itself will be informative. If your a guy, I'd rather not rely only with the theo marketing maintenance pitch to what the cassa say's, as still it's a business after all. Instead get your hands greasy & dirty at some point in time, put some sweat and effort with the Car you own. With that being said, there is a more personal touch connecting between you and your Car. Pero kung RK ka naman I assume. Then relying on what the Cassa is asking from you during PMS, then that's your only option for them to have you pay cash outs on basic stuffs on the matter. There's nothing wrong to that If you wish to burn your extra money that way. You spent but you haven't unlocked and gained accessed on a personal stand point on maintenance especially to a BN car, instead you only get the receipt/soa/bill and hours waiting at the lounge, that's it. Yet, There are a tons of people that can do it on their own. It's not something of your loss if you choose to Learn thing's on your own way, the knowledge and actual experience you gain on maintaining your own car will be forever. Then you can apply that to one of your next future cars, cuz car's nowadays don't stay much long enough in your possession, parang iphone, pag may bago Palit na naman ng Bagong launched na version. Do not just rely on Mechanic's/Cassa for Simpler car maintenance & fixes. Just tap onto them kapag MAJOR issues na. Kasi, dun at dun din naman patungo yung sasakyan after 100KMS it's not forever BAGO. Kc moving parts naman lahat, there's always a wear and tear on the vehicle at point in time. A bad investment but a necessity on everyday transportation.

I have a vehicle with 130k kms already and never brought to CASA.
Maraming salamat, more power sa vids mo Ryan!
Experience kuna yan.
Better to buy a casa maintained car over a car maintained by a Pareng mekaniko, why, bec the owners dont scrimp on maintenance, galante gumastos sa piesa. Malaki pagkakaiba pag galante sa maintenance and mayari, mararamdaman mo kaibahan after 10yrs, swabe parin.
Still depends sa casa. Nag pa heavy PMS ako. Checked liquids parehas padin. So not sure if na EGR and Intake manifold cleaning din yun. or kung mey ginawa ba talaga sila.
may value ang PMS ng CASA..... But pwede naman sa labas pagawa (after warranty preferably) basta sundan mo lang PMS schedule that is stated in the Owner Manual.
Outside shops ok din pag tight budget, as long as u follow 5/10/15/20km maintenance. Kaso in reality, nag skip or nag extend.
Casa-maintained na ako since my first car (from parents), and it didn't give me headaches. Hindi kasi nila nari-realize yung peace of mind + coat effectiveness.

And i follow that rule, i have 98 nissan sentra, engine still fine, most of the issue is yung pang ilalim kalampag.
Atleast car owners has two option on where to have their car serviced.
When I bought my van, I only have it serviced 4 or 5 times sa casa. The van has nearly 200k km logged and still runs perfect, can go to bicol anytime. I personally maintain it.
💯 right.namimitik/nangangahoy ng pyesa.
Casa na nangngahoy pa, tinaginang yan
legit.
I was about to fall into the change oil in the gas station mindset. Good thing I found this video. Thanks. Sa Casa nalang ulit bahala na mahal.

Yan pa nga isang issue ko about CASA. Not all are dependable.
Please reveal the casa
Thank u sir.

@@adrsprints owner preference syempre 😉
Thank you for sharing this information.
RYAN!
100% AGREE AKO SA VLOG MO! KSI MGA CASA PAID FOR MGA SECTION EMPLOYADO KAYA TINATAGA MGA CUSTOMER kaya BEST ANG VLOG MO!
Not all car dealer is doing the standard preventive maintenance here in our country not like in the middle East that the dealer follows the SOP of the car manufacturer
Sad to say! U are right. Not all dealers. Kaya better to know if the job was done
Invest in power tools lang
Spot-on! Keet it up!

Very informative. Big thanks tlaga! 😊👍
Meron ako dos and donts kapag nagppa pms sa casa.
People often feel casa overcharge people..like tune up change oil, sabi sa Gas stations wala naman adjustment yan, when you ask Casa, ganun din sinasabi , wala naman adjustemnt, pero bkt pag labas nag casa tahimik makina at malaks humatak kesa nagpa change oil sa gas station. I feel it in my Honda n Innova, iba talaga timpla ng makina pag labas ng Casa eh.
RAPIDE AT MOTECH pwedeng alterative with more cheaper. Lahat ng nasabi dito my check up POINTS kaya walang makakalimutan ma check.
Thank you for this video sa casa na ako magpapagawa
Maganda sa casa the mechanic have seminars n training how to handle 2022 models. Unlike sa outside shop that claim "ex Toyota /honda mechanic" or Ex Saudi , sus ginoo, yun pala year 2000 papala nag trabaho sa Casa..wag paloko, di rin namna sila mura, usually only slightly cheaper
Thank you pare, mas tawala Ako sa CASA sa PMS
Ganito yan, mas mahal mas worth it, mas mura, makakamura ka pero not long term. Invest always in LONG TERM :))) may peace of mind tayo, dun tayo sa expert not sa mga tabi tabi lang.
If this is all true in today's world, all good and well. (Perfect world) kaso not all that's mentioned in this video is happening,
Funny thing here is. A bad investment but a necessity on everyday transportation.

iba talaga sa casa ang pms like sa honda pag nilalabas ko na after pms feel brand new uli
First time din ako magpa-pms and change oil outside ng casa.
Maraming salamat, more power sa vids mo Ryan!
Thank you. To fully utilize ur pms, pls look for my Dos and Dont's kapag magpapa pms.
Pls support the channel. Don't forget to like.
Based on my experience. Yung Free PMS ng Toyota is change oil, change oil filter, car wash (exterior only), bolts tightening, battery check
Still depends sa casa. Nag pa heavy PMS ako. Checked liquids parehas padin. So not sure if na EGR and Intake manifold cleaning din yun. or kung mey ginawa ba talaga sila.
Thank you Bro sa mga tips..
Naka subscribed na ako..😊😊
well explained and very informative, thank you!
may value ang PMS ng CASA.....
Remember kaya sa labas nag papagawa kc nagtitipid. Pag nagtipid sa maintenance, alam mo na
Informative video. A little bit robotic but informative nonetheless.😊
Haha, I'm still learning to be more human, thanks for the feedback! 😊

Casa-maintained na ako since my first car (from parents), and it didn't give me headaches.
Hindi kasi nila nari-realize yung peace of mind + coat effectiveness.
Yun lang.
Saan ka nagpapa pms?
For me lalo OFW ako it depends sa casa kase di mo nakikita ung ginagawa nila.. cnasabi din ng ibang pinoy na di quality ang gawa ng mga taga casa lalo kung hindi pinoy.. kaya recomended nila guhitan ko ung mga palatandaan n ginalaw nila pag nag iba ng posisyon it means ginawa talaga.. kaya i choos din talaga na sa trusted mechanics ka nlang lalo na ung nakikita mo na ginagawa ang car mo.. at ung alam mong pinalitan lahat ng bago..
