I went down Patterson Road twice a few weeks ago. The first time I went with my boyfriend and his daughter. That day only a few things happened. When we barely pulled in there was a white truck right behind us, suddenly it's lights went out and we looked back and the car was gone, there's no where it could have gone, it hasn't pulled over and it hadn't backed up. No idea what that was about. Nothing much happened for a while, do my boyfriend when and parked right next so some crosses near one of the bridges. I was sitting in the back and I had my hand out the window because I was recording some audio to see if it caught anything. I was looking to my left and when I turned to my right where I had my phone out the window and I saw something, got scared and pulled my hand in thinking someone had come to the window. I realized it was like fog or smoke, it wasn't from the car because it was a tall and it was in the shape of a person's shadow. It came slowly from the back of the car and stopped right at my window. Had it been the wind carrying the smoke from the car it would have kept going until it disappeared, but it didn't and it didn't fade away, it just disappeared after a couple of second if staying right at my window. Nothing else but a few weird noises happened after that.
The second night I went with my two sisters and my boyfriend daughter. I didn't hear much but my younger sister (24) got spooked a few times. My older sister (28) was sitting in there front passenger seat and I was right behind her. When we were about to leave, my younger was driving very slowly, she stopped near the end of the road to see if we would hear or see anything before we left. I suddenly started feeling extreme sadness to the point where I actually had tears in my eyes. I noticed my older sister was acting a little strange and noticed she was also getting teary eyed too. So I mentioned what I was feeling and she said she felt the exact same way. We both felt a pressure in our chest like from extreme emotional pain, my younger sister and my boyfriend's daughter didn't feel anything. The feeling faded for both of us slowly as we got further away. Nothing like that has ever happened to me before. It was so strange.

Gotta go at night because you have to sit on the bridge with the car and lights off for the soldiers. Same thing for the baby but you should put baby powder on your windshield and you’ll see the baby’s feet walking across your windshield quietly. Try it.

My dad actually had a story when he was younger him and his friends went to look for the "blue light cemetery" it's the cemetery in the woods not the one at the front. But anyway him and his friends stopped on the road and started walking in the woods to look for the cemetery. His friend was lost, they then herd his friend screaming and running telling everyone to run. There's a man with a peg leg chasing him! They start running and got to the car and couldn't start it. Then finally the car started and as they were taking off the man was banging on the car and yelling at them. And also while driving away there was a blue light plus fog on the road or something of that nature.

Saw the word “haunted” in the title and was like “yeah, let’s click on that!” I’m obsessed with haunted things and the paranormal! I’m just like you, growing up in Argyle, I played soccer near the Goatman’s Bridge and never knew the story behind it and that it is haunted! Found out about it a few yrs ago when I was on here watching haunted videos! 👻

I remember i was there with my step brother. When we turned onto Patterson Rd. I felt weird out of no where but not scared. We ended up tagging along with another group of people to go deeper into the woods to look for the cemetery. Well, Me and my step brother decided to turn back while the othere kept going. On our way back. We ended up hearing like a witch scream coming from high in the trees. We didnt run but we were confused but were focusing our way back to the main road. We were both regretting of not recording our journey.

Nothing happens on that road in the daytime I have used it often for a shortcut to work in the morning instead of taking highway 6 down. Anyway I suggest you take the road after 10pm atleast its pitch black no lights and way creepy..you suppose to turn your car off on the bridge and wait for tapping of the soldiers. Alot of ppl claim a man chases them in a red a red truck after midnight idk how true that is though.

There's something otherworldly going on there in those trails. Several people I know including myself hear voices out in those woods at night. It's next to the city; the light pollution allows for high visibility in those woods at night. I didn't see anything; but I heard someone speaking. I booked it outta those woods quicker than I've ran in years.
My buddy spoke to a cop from this area about those trails, and said several of those cops refuse to go in those trails at night.
