- I introduce 4 kinds of sweets that I ate at Ratchada railway market in Thailand.I filmed this video in June 2019

最初の生地を広げる場面、「そもそもこれをどうするんだ？」と思うぐらい固まっていたものが、だんだん鉄板に広がって行くところが凄いなと思った。

どんな材料がわからないけど、1枚目みたいなもちもち？した伸びる生地、タイは多いですよねー
日本の屋台では見られない料理が多いので、見てるだけでも面白いですね♪
私も詳しくは分かりませんが、タピオカ粉を使ったお菓子は、もちもちした感じのが多かったと思います。食べてみるまで分からない、それも楽しかったですね😄

生地作りをもっと画期的に出来る機械があれば楽なのにね。ホットサンドメーカーみたいな。あれじゃ手が疲れて時間もかかる。

ドリアン正直臭いですよね😅
クリームの方は匂いはしますが、かなり抑えられてると思います。
ドリアンは全然ダメ！という方にはおすすめできませんが、私は結構好きな方なので美味しく食べることができました♪。味はトロピカル系という感じですかね。

私も行く前は怖いイメージがありましたが、行ってみるとガラッと変わりましたよ♪
人は優しくて親切な方が多いので、一人旅には向いている国ではないかと思います😄
ちなみにタイは事前にビザを日本で取得する必要もないので、パスポートだけあれば大丈夫です。
旅行者に優しい国とも言えますね♪
今は状況がちょっと厳しいところではありますが.....落ち着いたらまた行きたい国の一つです。

言葉不足でした。タイではなく私が個人的に海外旅行に出るのは今は厳しいという意味ですね。
パスポートは国籍等を証明するものです。これはどの国に行くにも取得は必要になりますね。

Please, maybe some Thai person can help me- when I was little, my best friend was Thai and her mom used to make us these little snacks after school all the time, but I have not been able to find them ANYWHERE else (we lived in Jakarta then, I live in the USA now)! It was a small banana leaf wrapped around sticky rice, with a delicious chunk of dark brown sugar in the middle, put in while rice was still warm so it melted a little. I never knew the name, we just ate them... so I haven't been able to find them anywhere since and I would LOVE to, or even to know a name to get a recipe!
Rachel W I not sure but i think it is sticky rice with coconut milk. And you can add on top what you want sesame or sweet yoke egg or brown sugar.
