INR when I'm watching an Asian drama or program l learn a new way they use rice. It's a hearty and cheap meal when payday is another couple of days away. I've started buying the 25 pound and up bags of rice.
They used the wrapper to make the cheese correctly stick to the rice cake without directly touching it too much but it was removed when they dipped it in the battee

Its nice to see people from all these backgrounds appreciating the food i grew up with. When I was little, I was embarrassed to bring my smelly lunch to the school cafeteria or have friends over for dinner. It was too foreign. Now the world has changed and little kids eat all kinds of things.

Yes, many Asian (or even non-Asian) producers wash and produce their products on the floor. It's simply more convenient since you can just drain the water right there. Tteokbokki still tastes great no matter where it's made.
