Seriously one of the best videos i have ever watched that pertains to a reef tank. I had a pretty stressful day today and this video was so soothing, your cinematography skills are unmatched :-) Thank you for making this amazing video, i am very glad i found your channel.
@@AquaSplendor No problem :-) and that is just what i am doing! I am currently watching episode 4, this is amazing so far your videos and especially choice of music is perfect and very calming and in general just a pleasure to watch. All around the best cinematography i have seen here on TH-cam when it comes to reef tanks, i am very much enjoying this series so far. I found your channel by searching ADA 60p reef tank, because i just ordered an ADA 60p yesterday and i am going to start up a new reef tank with it so i was seeing if anyone else used a 60p for a reef tank. (currently i have a standard 20 gallon long). Whilst I was browsing various videos i stumbled this video about these amazing gobies and their adventure in your system. Perhaps it was recommended to me due to your aquarium being rimless as well, thus similar to an ADA 60p? I am not sure but the TH-cam algorithm landed me here one way or the other thankfully :-)
Corals are doing amazingly! Tank is immaculate. Videography is spectacular. Music choice is enjoyable. I’ll bet if you create a Eurobrace kind of cover around the edges you might even be able to leave it mostly open.
Aaah, I would love this so much... euro brace only, but still leave % of risk on the table, I don't know if I want to do that but would love for esthetic reason!
This channel is so authentic and deserves millions of subscribers. I feel like there is a wall of nonsense videos people have to get through to find this beautiful content. I wish you the best Aqua, very wholesome TH-camr. BRS is also doing some kind of TH-camr collaboration for anyone over 1000 subs idk if you would be interested.
Thank you Recon! Yeah i saw that. I sent an email yesterday (since I'm over 10k) Will see what they purpose, if it's good for the audience I might do it (affiliate links). My concern is to make people consume stuff that they don't need just because they see it on video. I could run any corals *cough* with just glass, a pump and saltwater. People need to learn more about biology than equipments.
Like your responsibility with the fish selection hobby , it shows when someone does it for the passion of the animal or for the views. Great choice you just picked up a new subscriber, I’ll be following along I used to have a Fluval edge 2.6 but recently took it down to make room for a new 60gallon cube. My old channel is art maybe it’s still around TH-cam videos . Enjoy the hobby
Hehe, I'm still not over it, those Panda were everything to me for different reasons, I think the next fish should be for the shrimp, but first there's 2-3 episode I want to make (still gotta find a good source, good price, right species, not always available)
Is the water level constant on the dp tank and back sump? I too have a back sump but the water level keeps changing, I think because of more debris caught on sponges. How do you maintaining the water level ya?

My corals are caulastrea furcata ,euphylia blacktorch with Green Tips and an Milka SPS. I Loved your Channel and your Reef Tank Videos you are an verry big Inspiration on me. thank you for your Work
Heya, for the spectrum, use all of them and just play with the intensity. This light is one of the rare light with a good spectrum right out of the box!
I have all captive bred corals, inverts (peppermint shrimp, snails and tuxedo urchin) and fish (occelaris clowns and sharknose goby) in my 120~ liter tank. Saltwater aquariums without wild caught animals is definitely possible even today, and buying these creates demand to be filled :)
Still loving it. Keep them coming. I feel bad for your shrimp. Are you going to get him another partner? I am getting a Gobi/pistol shrimp pair sun for my tank. After seeing them together in your tank I decided that I wanted to experience it as well.

another great choice of music and shots, superb, best nano reef series on TH-cam, full of useful honest content

Very underrated channel. Excellent story telling and beautiful camera work.
Thank you!
You should get a 3D Reefing diffuser for your Prime. Really smooths out the shimmer lines and evens out spectrum. No more disco of random colors.
Yeah I already talk about this subject multiple time in this series, but I'm going into a new direction

When all the fish goes in one direction, I'm that little fish that go another way ;)
Nice system captivated fish are the way to go when possible

Sooooo cool. Best channel for me
Thank you HM D :) ( I know your been sometime here ;))
... I have said it before but your channel is 🔥🔥🔥🔥💯
Thank you :)
(Do you have Water emoji? ;p )
What is that in your tank at 13:18 when you are feeding. It looks like little arms coming from the rocks. Possibly serpent sea stars?
Bristle stars :)
Food varies, frozen food seem to be much better with these fish, will make a video about food eventually
@@AquaSplendor frozen food is always good, and I love the brittle stars they are so cool, I have one that’s almost 10 inches!
@@taylorpinkowski9411 Oula, 10in!
Man! Your tank is really awesome! Love seeing it so neat and clean. Btw what do you use for the lid? Is it acrylic?
No it's a aluminum with fiberglass mesh (Home Depot)
The trimma goby genus might eventually be one of the best groups for nano tanks. Particularly as captive breeding improves further.
Absolutly!
I would love to see nano fish that free swim in the aquarium not just hang on coral, really hard to something for nano.
Great video!!
Hello, your tank is simply gorgeous... but how do you maintain the health of your sand bed?
I don't do much honestly, bacteria mostly do the job (and thickness help)
What measures does the sump and the thank have?
No sump, check in the description of the video :)
Hey men you are so funny and i love your videos, congrats and never give up, (say CENA!).
HERE COME JOOHHHNNN CENNNAAA OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO

@@AquaSplendor take your time sir, i'll wait till you upload those ☺
What setting and channels are you using on the prime 16HD light?
Prime default is perfect, no need to play with the spectrum, intensity is what matters. Don't get caught into marketing and gimmick features!
@@AquaSplendor oh okay thank you

It maintains this level, but if I don't clean after 6 months in the back with debris/obstruction it will raise
Lovely!!
Hi. I see that you made reference to your light? Do you not like your Kessil 360
I have A360WE Tuna Blue (and sun) I love them, they run on other systems (lab tank). Really good quality product.

The water is clearer than the quality of this video. lol nice man
I don't understand how people get not-clear-water.
all my tank always been like this, idk lol (less organic)

I hope breeders can be more successful with a larger variety of captive-bred fish...
Yes, that list is getting bigger every year!

That’s too bad with the fish! I had a sharknose goby that developed a strange disease (small gobies seem to develop them) and or internal parasites
:( A Captive bred one?
