Witcher 3 Glitch? Invisible Woman

Found this in The Witcher 3. I was doing the Towerful of Mice sidequest for Kiera. I was descending from the top when I quite literally bumped into this... I even used the lamp that reveals ghosts and nothing was there but the shiny spot on the screen.

I've figured out what the invisible woman is!
So in order for this glitch to happen you have to have started the mission "A towerful of mice". When you travel to the island, if you are observant you may see the invisible woman appear in the boat with you. She will teleport on the boat over and over as you sail towards the island. You can even see her shadow over the water. She will appear again when on the island and lastly on this spot where you saw her in the tower.
One important thing to know about video games is that often sound is programmed to objects and npcs. If there is a conversation or a sound that the developers want to play they usually spawn in an object or character and have them make the noise or say the line. Take the narrator from fallout new vegas as an example of this.
So what the invisible woman is is Keira who spawns in and is made invisible whenever she is supposed to talk to you via the xenovox. For some reason this invisible model is not working as it should. A tiny part of it is still visible and so is also its shadow. And in that particular part in the tower she has a hitbox that you can bump into.

That tower is full of creepy shit. I once saw a big silhouette of a Giant man, like slender man, on the second floor. Only visible with the magic lamp and after a few seconds he disappears. Saw the invisible woman too, that's why i clicked this video.

Tuosev well i searched for it after i encountered that invisible woman and ended up on your video. I Just walked there when i just heard a woman scream. It's curious how there is only a small transparant ring is visible, especially since it's not on any other characters.

It certainly doesn't seem to be a very common glitch, does it? I can't imagine this was an Easter egg, especially after seeing it again Novigrad of all places. I'm curious indeed as to what causes this

No one has an explanation for this yet -.- I am assuming it is a glitch....
