Are you trying to install the Oracle database on the Windows Home edition? Local Users and Groups Management is not available in the Windows Home edition.

@@oracle_professor ok sir got it.....but sir after doing the installation...like in your video it showed succefully installed....in my laptop it showed something like"wizard installed with errors"...i've download and deleted....downloaded again(did this three times)... to do it in correct way but still it's showin the same thing.🥲

@@oracle_professorand also one more thing ...after extracting we go to extract files and click on "setup.exe" but in my laptop it never shows "setup.exe" it shows only "setup"...without ".exe"...is it because of that?
