Cross has great trucks but I wish we could get better parts availability. I'm wanting to convert my at6 to jt6. Great platform tho. Have not been stuck or broken anything since I got it a year ago.
We do not offer free shipping. Be wary of anyone who says they'll ship one of these for free. Chances are they don't actually have the truck, or the price is jacked up to cover shipping. You'd be shocked how many times onlines sellers' ads offer free shipping, but checking the manufactures web site shows a much lower price, even with shipping. As for the $150? Depends where you are. Canada, yeah probably. State side, probably not. For some reason our shipping prices randomly overcharges on some items, undercharges others. If it's an insane amount of overcharge, we'll refund some back.
Hello, I wanted something different kinda off the grid brand, I ran across the cross rc line so, I wanted a demon, but I had cerebral palsy and by the time I got done building it be ready for the Nursing Home anyways I settle on AT4 ready to run now here’s ware things get spicy I buy it on a listing that says new but when I got it the two shift servos we’re bad so I wonder if the free servos just pay shipping would still apply. I’m not sure if you even still are on TH-cam but if you are in this message reaches you let let me know right now. I unplugged both of them and it’s unlocked and in low range that’s how I like it OK thank you
If you purchased it from crossrc.us, the servos will be covered under warranty. If you purchased from other, less known, online sellers, it's up to them to cover or deny warranty. Sorry you are having a bad experience, hopefully you get it back to working condition and continue to enjoy it. Other than the loose slipper clutch, the AT-4 has been an awesome performer.

Do those brass pieces fit on the x3? Also, the brass portal housings and brass diff covers currently on your site?
No they do not. This install covers the EMO brass portal cover, not the EMO X! The brass portal covers and diff covers are in stock on the site.
@skippy7399 crap, I just bought all these brass parts thinking they'd fit my new x3 tow truck. Hopefully I can catch the order before it goes out!
